Right, it was 2016, not the current election.

Was the person’s statement that they were copying from the same sized ballots in the original affidavit? My impression is that it was something they stated later in response to Snipes’ response to the allegations. If it was stated in the original affidavit then I would be inclined to give it more weight.

I wasn’t aware of Snipes burning the originals. By law they were required to keep the original faxed in ballots. If she burned them, that is a big deal and she should have been removed right then and there. To me a lot of the blame lies on Scott for failing to take appropriate actions as chief executive.

No official monitors present in the 2016 affidavit (The only red flag you need because its all bullcrap from there on what Snipes says), alleged secret room, NO NOTARY, given no explanation and terminated, include multiple stacks of ballots, and Snipes was also busted by a judge for ILLEGALLY burning ballots in a democrat primary.

Sorry, this traitor deserves no shadow of a doubt as she OPENLY thumbs her nose at the law IN THE FIRST PLACE.

BTW in August this year: The Republican Party of Florida had sought the ruling, saying the procedure the elections office follows has given outside groups little opportunity to object to mail-in ballots they find questionable.

Judge Raag Singhal said Florida law was clear on the subject: The ballots should not be opened until the county’s three-member canvassing board had determined the validity of the ballots.

Scott filed a lawsuit stating that Broward and Palm Beach County ignored this. I marvel at your defense of this lawless woman, who was already deemed guilty before in 2016 by a judge but somehow not impeached.

Sorry for my tone, my frustration started way back in 2016 when this event occurred and investigators ignored the obvious because they were politically connected together.

Snipes was already reprimanded earlier by a Judge several months before that and had previous complaints about unethical behavior. The investigators took her side right away and dropped the investigation. Complete bullocks in the face of Florida law and events described in the affidavit.
