President Trump on Friday announced that he is nominating Heather Nauert to be the United States ambassador to the United Nations.
She "has done a great job working with Mike Pompeo and others at the State Department," he told reporters. "She's very talented, very smart, very quick and I think she's going to be respected by all."
Nauert, 48, is the acting under secretary of state for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs. Before joining the State Department she worked as an anchor for Fox News and correspondent for ABC News.

I didnt see any Twilight Zones listed in his filmography. But I did find an old black & white/first season episode of Lost In Space that he did.

Not Werner Klemperer, but someone I’ve seen in other movies. Was thinking Gert Frobe, who played “Auric Goldfinger”, maybe not.
And don’t forget the alien, who was played by Richard Kiel. He played “Jaws” in the James Bond movie “Moonraker”
The gentleman playing the Russian Ambassador in the TZ episode was Theodore Marcuse. He was a character actor who appeared in a number of productions. Notably, he was in a Star Trek episode, “Catspaw.” Sadly, he died in a traffic accident in Hollywood a month after it aired (Nov 1967) at 47.

Knowing the State Department, I’m okay if she never sets food in it.
Correction:
Knowing the State Department, I’m okay if she never sets foot in it.
Too late...Nauert already works at the State Dept.
I'm hearing that Trump is going to downgrade the position from cabinet level, so my guess is she'll continue reporting to Pompeo.
Either way, her confirmation hearing is going to be rough.
