I respectfully disagree. Biden represents the old Democratic powers, while Buttigieg represents a less radical version of the new radical Left, but with a personna and credentials ("successful" mayor, Navy vet, multilingual, homosexual) that the media see as the future of their party (to Hell). And with his condemning the likes of Mike Pence and asserting that God is the author of the perverse desires of his fallen flesh, then he has that liberal badge of (dis)honor also, while they describe him as as "devout Christian." His political weakness so far is being too white, with the lack of attraction to the blacks.
