It would need 400 pages of description of what a red flag is. Otherwise we are getting into subjectivity.
I’d prefer to ignore the guns and do red flags on the actual person who is shown to be disassociated from life or sanity in such a way that threatens himself or his community.
Yeah. I agree. The fact that it would almost certainly have to be subjective kinda kills the whole idea.
Frankly, I don’t think mass shootings are the problem. It’s all the individual ones that are killing a LOT of people. In a world with 7 billion people, only a very, VERY tiny fraction are killed in this sort of event. I’d worry much more about a car accident or an acquaintance killing me than a mass shooting.
