Gabbard — who has come under criticism during the campaign for her controversial meeting with Syrian dictator Bashar Al-Assad, particularly by Kamala Harris — said that “the slaughter of the Kurds being done by Turkey is yet another negative consequence of the regime change war we’ve been waging in Syria.”
She continued that it’s not just Trump who has “the blood of the Kurds on his hand,” but also many other politicians and figures in the “mainstream media” who have “been championing and cheerleading this regime change war.”
Gabbard then blasted both news organizations sponsoring the debate:
“The New York Times and CNN have also smeared veterans like myself for calling for an end to this regime change war. Just two days ago, the New York Times put out an article saying that I’m a Russian asset and an Assad apologist and all these different smears. This morning, a CNN commentator said on national television that I’m an asset of Russia. Completely despicable.”

Gabbard may be right on point, but she needs to look in the mirror at her despicable support for the “impeachment inquiry” (which is a coup attempt by Shiv masquerading as an impeachment inquiry).
Gabbard needs to give it up and get lost. She cannot win, is not eligible, and is distracting from the better deserving socialists like O’Rouke, Warren, Sanders, Biden, Harris, etc. The campaign won’t be as entertaining if Gabbard were to be the Democrat nominee. Seriously, I’d love a match-up between Trump and O’Rouke. Trump could sweep all 50 states.
The irony is that Gabbard might be the Dem with the strongest chance against Trump. One wonders why the left is coming after her.

I have to say this about Gabbard, the woman speaks her mind. She doesn’t hold back at all. Her modus operandi is, damn the torpedo’s full steam ahead! I admire this.
I do not agree with her politics but, I admire her spunk and straight forward in your face honesty as she sees it. It’s authentic and doesn’t come across as poll tested. And, as such, it’s refreshing. Like our President.
I do wonder at the many people on FR virtually supporting Gabbard and pushing her as the Democrat nominee. Would they actually vote for her?! If not planning to vote for her, shouldn’t we be encouraging the Democrat party to pick their most incompetent and extreme candidate. For this, I think it is O’Rourke.
I think maybe Butajugs might be a late bloomer.

What started out as an attempt to nominate the unelectable ended up giving us eight years of BHØ.
While it is most interesting that Democrats, Gabbard (40%) and Yang (20%) took sixty percent of the Drudge Report 2020 POTUS candidate “On-Line” poll...it also most be noted that the poll only has pulled a paltry 76,000 votes thus far into the evening. The earlier polls were all in the 200,000 to 300,000 range of votes cast (Trumps reached 600,000 votes cast, easily in 2016).
So...it really is true that the current Democrat Party is dying on the vine, being destroyed from within by the likes of Pelosi, Schiff & Nadler...plus the dreadful cast of POTUS candidates put forth!!! Trump will win the POTUS in 2020 re-election by a massive, gigantic landslide victory...period!!!
Looking at tonight’s vote results in the Drudge poll, Biden, Warren and Sanders (horrible vote numbers) are politically dead in-the-water...period!!! The honest truth may hurt badly sometimes...but....the truth is still always the truth!!!

Yes, but since Tulsi has no chance for nomination I have no problem with pointing out when she says something that makes sense - like that the DNC is corrupt.
As for the rest of the candidates, I think they’re all weak. I used to worry about Biden’s potential, but no more. Trump will beat any of them in most of the battleground states, and that’s where the election’s decided.
Because Tulsi is a threat to the real democratic presidential candidate of choice which will be Hillary Clinton.
Don’t get me wrong Tulsey couldn’t possibly win.
But she is a damned sight better than Clinton and in some areas she’s closer to Trump than any of the other candidates in my opinion.
They have no one in the roster of candidates that even with cheating and manipulation could actually win the election next November.
Unless President Trump really does screw something up which is doubtful.
