Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., didn't mince words at a news conference on Thursday as he touted his resolution formally condemning House Democrats' impeachment inquiry, saying the proceedings defy historical precedent and deny fundamental "due process" to the White House.
"If we were doing this, you'd be beating the sh-- out of us," Graham bluntly told a reporter at one point, accusing Democrats of selectively leaking testimony from their closed-door hearings, without affording Republicans the opportunity to subpoena or publicly cross-examine witnesses. "And, I think it says a lot about people in your business, with all due respect."
He continued: "We're not telling the House they can't impeach the president. What we're telling the House is, there's a right way to do it, and a wrong way to do it. ... This is one part legal, and two parts politics."

My theory is that Lindsey is neck-deep in this too and and probably worked with McCain on the dossier.
Only after McCain died did the Deep State tell Lindsey to put up a facade.

Actually, it’s a lot. The proposed resolution, a copy of which is linked in the article, basically tells Pelosi that, if she does not run the pre-impeachment inquiry with the full due process protections given to Clinton, the Senate’s likely to dismiss any articles of impeachment for failure of due process without even considering them on the merits. It also forces Pelosi to defend the current lynching, thereby blunting all the prejudicial leaks.

Yes. That’s the worst-case scenario, i.e., that Miss Lindsey was in on it. The other scenario, that Rush has mentioned, is that he’s so in love with McCain that he won’t put out the truth. The truth — that McCain was a major player in the coup — would tarnish Johnny’s legacy. (We know his legacy already is that he’s a scum-of-the-earth traitor. How could it get worse?)

The media is driving this. It’s the democrats who are the enablers. The democrats are the legislative wing of the media, basically. Politics is show business for ugly people.
The way for the Senate to deal with this is to vote immediately for acquittal as soon as the Articles of Impeachment are sent over to the Senate.
IF SEN. GRAHAM HAD ANY BRAINS HE WOULD START HIS OWN INVESTIGATION AND SUBPOENA SCHIFF, PELOSI AND ANYOTHER STUDGES FROM THE CONGRESS FOR HIS SENATE COMMITTEE. IT IS TIME GRAHAM PUT HIS MONEY WHERE HIS MOUTH IS. HE DOESN’T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON.
