The size of the USA’s standing armed forces is not large enough to put even one average sized state under military control let along all 50. It is a paper tiger. It is a psychological intimidation threat only.
There are over 3,000 counties in the USA. The USA has around 1,000 F-15’s. This means there is 1 f-15 for every 3 counties. Yeah right.
There are many who still believe this is the “moderate” competent candidate who can beat Trump.

Joe doesn’t realize there are lots of other things we could do. One is many people know how to make their own guns, explosives, aircraft, and armored vehicles. Another one is infiltration (we could infiltrate the military to learn plans and locations). We could also use bribery and spies to steal weapons. Another thing is we could get some right-thinking people to join us and bring us some weapons (like the Stinger shoulder-launched missile, rocket-propelled grenades, or bazookas).

Let’s do fun with numbers Joe. A Hellfire missile has at most a 20 pound warhead and a range of nearly 7 miles.
A gravity bomb up to 2000 pounds equipped with a Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM. Smart bomb) guidance kit can have a range of up 49 miles. It’s even in the works to add a jet engine tailkit to the JDAM increasing it’s range by 10 times. This is what the F-15 and other fighters and bombers usually carry so a Hellfire would be a waste of a plane.
Let’s see if creepy Joe can grope those numbers.
You don't have to control all of the country....just the critical choke points and infrastructure.
Shut down the power or food supply and people will be willing to change their allegiance for a loaf of bread. Dictators understand this. This is why they keep their armies relatively well-fed.

Guys like Biden don’t stop to consider the ramifications of the words they use.
The scenarios you so perfectly and succinctly laid out, well, they don’t even enter his pea-brain.
Because he’s a “badass”, after all, you know... He’s out to prove how he tough he is and how big his balls are by ordering someone else’s life on the line, while he’s sitting warm and safe and guarded somewhere.
