DR. FAUCI BACKED CONTROVERSIAL WUHAN LAB WITH U.S. DOLLARS FOR RISKY CORONAVIRUS RESEARCH
Newsweek ^ | 4/28/2020 | FRED GUTERL

But just last year, the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the organization led by Dr. Fauci, funded scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and other institutions for work on gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses.

In 2019, with the backing of NIAID, the National Institutes of Health committed $3.7 million over six years for research that included some gain-of-function work. The program followed another $3.7 million, 5-year project for collecting and studying bat coronaviruses, which ended in 2019, bringing the total to $7.4 million.

Many scientists have criticized gain of function research, which involves manipulating viruses in the lab to explore their potential for infecting humans, because it creates a risk of starting a pandemic from accidental release.

Wow, Newsweek is really on top of things, eh? This information was out two weeks ago. Fauci should be in jail.

I think Wuhan only got a part of that (maybe $1,000,000 over the course of the two grants), but it’s still a problem. We shouldn’t be sending ANY taxpayer dollars overseas. Let them fund their own research.

I can’t believe that Newsweek is (finally) reporting this story, which a month ago they would have called an Alex Jones conspiracy theory. They’ve been trying to make Fauci and Birx the voices of reason versus the “anti-science” Trump, but I guess the honeymoon is over. The fact that Newsweek is reporting this is almost a bigger story than the story itself.

Blood on his hands Fauci has done more damage to America than the Communist Chinese have in decades. And he wants Brad Pitt to play his part in a movie. Brad plays heros, not traitors.

On PEPFAR. It’s 45 minutes but...wow!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSfP8sXtMbk&list=PL1qEHolxtoZM65j4gsG9-L5ogZ2ea7rkq&index=6&t=0s

In a nutshell:

CDC/PEPFAR (Birx, Fauci, Pence) > Global Fund (Birx, Gates, vaccines, $10’s of billions from Fed>via PEPFAR) > UN Development Program (oversees GF spending with closed books via “special immunity”, gets $100’s of millions from Fed for administering) > GF grant recipients (a mystery).

How much GF $$$ (from Fed > PEPFAR) has gone to Chinese labs?

Congress appropriates money for spending. Agencies submit budget proposals or requests to Congress for operations. Herein lies the inherent and designed problem with last minute “Omnibus Spending Bills”. The activities of the little bastard Fauci releasing viruses on the world is the fault of failure by Congress to carry out oversight in favor of easy entertainment politics.

Snopes: Did Obama Admin Give Wuhan Laboratory a $3.7 Million Grant?
USA Today: Fact check: Obama administration did not send $3.7 million to Wuhan lab

The NIH, not the NIAID, gave grants to Ecolabs, who then gave $600K the the money to the Wuhan lab. The grant continued into Trump administration too, although the budgeted money was not spent. The NIH has a search tool called Research Portfolio Online Reporting Tools (RePORT), since public grants are public information.

Obama did have a research moratorium on gain of fuction reserach from October 2014 to December 2017. As far as I can tell, that was on NEW funding grants, not shutting down ongoing projects. If at that time the Wuhan reseach was not "gain of fuction" research then it would not have been covered under the moratorium. So to keep the grants going, anyone researching SARs and MERS would just have to drop gain of function and find something else to research.

FYI from 2002 to 2010 Judy Mikovits got $2 million in NIH grants.

You have to read well into the Newsweek article to find that dropping 3.7 million grants on Chinese labs started in 2014 during the Obama administration (which they never explicitly point out).

Dr. Fauci is Dr. Frankenstein.

COVID-19 is his monster.

Gain Of Function research is monster making.

It is a crime against humanity.

Those who have committed that crime against humanity should be prosecuted.

“ gain-of-function research” is a crime against humanity.

And funding it in Communist China is treason!

Some people use science to make flowers prettier colors, or oranges bigger, or soil more fertile.

Other people, like Dr. Anthony Fauci, use science to destroy.

There is no sphere of existence in which something like Gain Of Function research, which takes pathogens with pandemic potential and makes them deadlier, more invasive, harder to defend against, and more contagious, is anything other than absolute evil.

Fauci is an expert in this virus as he helped create it.
Did anyone in the hearing ask him why this virus was so important to his and the communists research?
