Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden was one of many on the left to express dismay at the Supreme Court's Wednesday ruling that the Trump administration acted within its authority when it expanded exemptions to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirement that employers provide insurance that includes contraception, and promised he would return to an Obama-era policy should he be elected.
"As disappointing as the Supreme Court's ruling is, there is a clear path to fixing it: electing a new President who will end Donald Trump's ceaseless attempts to gut every aspect of the Affordable Care Act," Biden said in a statement. "If I am elected, I will restore the Obama-Biden policy that existed before the Hobby Lobby ruling: providing an exemption for houses of worship and an accommodation for nonprofit organizations with religious missions."
Years of litigation -- and the election of a new president -- have slowly morphed the original form of the contraceptive mandate. The ACA did not explicitly mention contraceptives, but said plans must cover certain preventive services laid out by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HSRA), which included contraceptives.

If they get in power, Biden/Dems will undo anything and everything Trump’s done in record time. They are evil, but one thing you can say for the Dems is they don’t “tick tock” and waste time.
But how could Joe, the Court has ruled making it Settled Law and we know executive action doesn’t work.....
He’s probably right about this. Alito, joined by Gorsuch, wrote a concurring opinion to say that the departments were REQUIRED by the RFRA to create the exemptions, but there is a reason that wasn’t the majority opinion. Scumbag Roberts will probably side with Biden should he do this.
Democrats have said what they will do.
Pack the courts by ending the filabuster and adding seats.
Their plan, if they get the Senate and white house (while keeping the house) is the type of stuff that keeps you up at night.
I can’t tell if that is Joe Biden speaking or Joe Biden’s husband.

As I understand the ruling, the President can make such exemptions but does not have to. Biden, if he is elected, could reverse things.
To me, the bigger issue is that of requiring insurance companies to cover contraception, which is not a health issue except in some dangerously broad definition of “health.”
Valerie Jarrett will be very busy with the Presidential autopen during a Biden term.
Biden and the Democrats Promise to make Nuns pay for Contraception. Interesting, If they force Nuns, what will they force us do later with us?
Maybe force us to live without Air-Conditioning, Salt, Religion, Marriage, Police, America?
