A cafe owned by a military veteran was shot at during a chaotic demonstration in Portland over the weekend after being deemed by rioters as unfriendly to the Black Lives Matter movement.
Heroes American Cafe was targeted for being an "unfriendly business" by so-called Antifa-linked Twitter accounts, owner John Jackson told Fox News.
Two windows in the cafe's downtown location were shot at and another was struck with a blunt object -- possibly a baseball bat -- said Jackson, a Black man who served in the Army and Marine Corps.

The local police and local government is complicit is all of that city’s violence. Democrats want their enemies controlled and if not, then dead. They demand it so much democrat led governments allow their paramilitary army alone to threaten and murder at will.

When I live in Ca in the 80s, I remember a lot of people moving to Oregon for tax reasons. I guess they carry their politics to Oregon when they fled Ca.

When I was in high school in Oregon in 1971, one of my friends showed me his “Don’t Californicate Oregon” bumper sticker. Even nearly fifty years ago people noticed what was happening.
Oregon was a different place back then. I miss it very much...

Twenty years ago right over the border into OR from CA on highway 199 there was painted in big letters.

NOW GO HOME
It kept getting painted over and re-painted but that stopped a while ago.

Of course, that begs the question: who Californicated California? California used to be a great place to live, but it became infested with liberals from somewhere.
I've heard/read that a bunch of northeast liberals moved to California from places like NY and MA over the years, which would explain a lot.
I had one of those. There were also Oregon "Un-Greeting Cards", with sayings such as, "Last year in Oregon, 548 people fell off their bicycles.....and drowned", and "Oregonians don't tan, they rust".
