Sen. Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, asked a question pertaining to an issue that came up quite a bit during Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing but had yet to come up during Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s hearing: whether the Supreme Court nominee had ever sexually assaulted someone.
Citing a statement from Chief Justice John Roberts in 2017 in which he acknowledged that the judiciary “is not immune” from the problem of sexual misconduct, Hirono said it is her duty “to ensure the fitness of nominees” for positions that have lifetime appointments.
“Since you became a legal adult, have you ever made unwanted requests for sexual favors, or committed any physical or verbal harassment or assault of a sexual nature?” Hirono asked.
“No, Senator Hirono,” Barrett replied.

Precisely! It’s a set-up question. They’ve probably got a former student of Barrett’s lined up to say she made an unwarranted sexual advance towards him/her. This is their only chance to delay the hearings.

This is precisely why these hearings needed to be skipped. This woman is in front of the world with her family behind her. In the democrat’s world, everyone is a wretched human being. No one is morally upright, everyone is a sexual deviant.
The razor applies here as it does in every case. Possibilities:
1. Maize is just a stupid cow that is playing an old card(most likely IMHO).
2. She was put up to it by Schmucky. If so very concerning.
3. She got it from one of her nutbag supporters.
4. She was being punked by staff.

Judge Amy got up from her seat, walked over to the senator, and gave her a loud open palmed slap across the chops.
So, if a person ever asks another person for a sexual favor, and that other person responds in the negative, is that an "unwanted" request? And is that legally relevant?
I mean: Last night, while lying in bed, I turned over and asked the missus... She had had a hard day, and therefore said, "No." So I rolled over and went to sleep.
Does that mean that I now have to register as a sex offender, or that I can't become a Justice on the Supreme Court?

Absolutely and here it comes. Get ready for some former Girl Scout or Clerk to come forward with a take of woe and how ACB propositioned them or raped them, etc when they were a minor. A tiny, little girl/boy like voice will be forthcoming with Gloria Allred by their side having the phony victim read a prepared statement. Schitt Romney will then be on the Senate floor proclaiming “we need to hear from the witness.”
