A Boston suburb has set up one-way sidewalks in order to have residents practice social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic. A paddleboarder was arrested in Malibu Thursday after ignoring lifeguards’ orders to get out of the ocean amid social distancing rules, authorities said.
