What did the founders do? They committed an act of treason by signing the Declaration of Independence. They recognized at some point you have to take on the established regime when it is not only unjust, but when there is no lawful way to get it back on track. These matters frame our own nation. Texas had just filed its original action in the Supreme Court against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan -- four swing states whose election officers had clearly violated election law in those states and with an impact that put Biden over the top in all four....

In a bombshell ruling, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has shut down the “nerve center” of federal government-led speech policing, correcting a critical error in its prior jurisprudence and striking a major blow for the First Amendment and against deep-state election interference. The court’s opinion comes in the landmark free speech case in the digital era, Missouri v. Biden. Before the litigation landed in appellate court, Louisiana District Judge Terry A. Doughty declared in a fitting Independence Day ruling that federal authorities from the Biden White House to the FBI and CDC had likely engaged in “the most...

Smartmatic reached a settlement with One America News Network Tuesday in its lawsuit that accused the conservative broadcaster of peddling disinformation about the voting machine company's technology in regards to the 2020 presidential election. The big picture: The lawsuit was one of several Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems filed against conservative-leaning networks and pro-Trump figures, accusing them of broadcasting baseless conspiracy theories about their voting equipment and software. The suit accused OANN of "falsely" stating that Smartmatic "rigged" the 2020 presidential election for President Biden in key swing states, despite Los Angeles County being the only place in the U.S....

In an explosive new op-ed, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) claimed that at least 15 separate federal agencies knew that attempts to create a COVID-19-like coronavirus were being undertaken at the Wuhan Institute of Virology as early as January 2018. Yet, heads of these agencies did not reveal this information to the public; for years, they actively refused to release information on the project to lawmakers such as Paul, who were attempting to provide congressional oversight. “For years, I have been fighting to obtain records from dozens of federal agencies relating to the origins of COVID-19 and the DEFUSE project,” wrote...

Eight-year-old Phung Xuan Vu and his 10-year-old brother were responsible for fetching food for their family, which was in the constant grip of hunger. They were living in Vietnam in the 1980, so this required ration cards. One of the family's most important possessions was a booklet of vouchers for food. As the older child, Vu's brother took care of the booklet, knowing that if he lost it, the family would have nothing to eat. The vouchers inside were printed on waxy yellow tissue paper. They meant the difference between going hungry and having something to eat, although it was...

Athree-member panel of the DC Bar determined on Thursday that former Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark violated ethics rules while aiding former President Donald Trump's efforts to challenge the 2020 election results. The determination followed testimony from Clark's ex-Department of Justice colleagues, who asserted that he had sought to use the DOJ to advance the election disputes, according to Politico. Panel chair Merril Hirsh highlighted that the determination was "preliminary" and that Clark still has an opportunity to change its mind. Should the committee remain firm in its findings, however, Clark could face disbarment. The D.C proceedings are far from...

President Trump’s lawyer John Eastman was officially disbarred this week after a judge ruled he should have his law license stripped for challenging the 2020 election. Eastman on Thursday asked a California judge to pause the disbarment ruling, citing massive legal fees. Trump 2020 election lawyer John Eastman faced disbarment in California for ‘undermining democracy’ by trying to ‘overturn the presidential election.’ The January 6 Committee sent the feds after John Eastman because he dared to take action against the Democrats and their massive election fraud operation in 2020.

There is little doubt that the COVID-19 restrictions in place now have caused major disruptions in our daily life and have had negative economic impacts on California families, especially the working poor. But consider how much worse it would be if we in California hadn’t moved quickly to “flatten the curve.” An out-of-control pandemic would rage through our state at numbers unimaginable and would have much more severe consequences on the health of Californians, as well as the economy. Thankfully, California is once again leading the way by taking major measures such as shelter in place, physical distancing, orders to...

Winning requires first acknowledging past and existing problems. The Republican National Committee (RNC) is reportedly asking prospective employees what they think about the 2020 election — as they should. Citing unnamed sources, The Washington Post reported that job applicants at the RNC have been asked about whether they believe the 2020 election was “stolen,” although the Post acknowledged the questions were “open-ended.”The Post tried to spin the story as the RNC “demanding fealty” to former President Donald Trump, using the words of President Joe Biden’s rapid response director. But beating Democrats — who showed in 2020 that they are willing to...

Tax documents for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and for a major foundation funded by leftist billionaire George Soros show the organization that purports to represent the U.S. business community has turned hard left in recent years. The Tides Foundation’s public filings from 2018 to 2022 show the Soros-funded organization has given more than $12 million to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation over that five-year span. A report claims that the outlook for President Joe Biden’s (D) reelection hopes is not good. However, his campaign has pushed back on the idea that it is recycling its 2020 strategy, the news coming as Biden goes head to head with former President Donald Trump. Fox News on Monday cited a recent Time article about the situation, noting some are worried Biden is on the road to a massive defeat. The Fox report continued: Biden is “indeed in trouble,” Time correspondent Charlotte Alter wrote in the piece published Thursday, detailing his low approval ratings, how he trails or ties...

Former Republican National Committee chairwoman and NBC News contributor Ronna McDaniel said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that “there were problems” with the 2020 election. Host Kristen Welker said, “I want to turn now to your actions in the aftermath of the 2020 election. On November 17, you and Donald Trump were recorded pushing two Republican Michigan officials, election officials not to certify the results of the election and on the call you’re recorded as saying, ‘If you can go home tonight do not sign it. We will get you attorneys.’ Do you have regrets about that phone call...

The Chinese Foreign Ministry is vowing to retaliate in a dramatic escalation of tensions after it said the United States had demanded Beijing close its consulate in Houston. Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said the US made the demand on Tuesday and described the US move as “unprecedented escalation”. Wang said the Chinese embassy and consulates in the US had received both explosives and death threats recently. “China demands the US revoke the wrong decision. If the US went ahead, China would take necessary counter measures,” Wang said. Wang’s disclosure came after Hu Xijin, editor-in-chief of The Global Times, said on...

President Joe Biden admitted he campaigned from his basement in 2020 during an interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur, according to a transcript of his interview. He said during the interview: The pandemic had started to kick in, and so, I knew, if you notice, a — and I don’t blame them. They, they — the quick criticism of me, “Biden should go back in his tunnel and campaign from in his basement again.” But I — what we did, we set up a theater in Delaware where I could, I could go on television from, I could appear, I...

Since the first census of the United States in 1790, counts that include both citizens and noncitizens have been used to apportion seats in the House of Representatives, with states gaining or losing based on population change over the previous decade. If unauthorized immigrants in the U.S. were removed from the 2020 census apportionment count – which the White House seeks to do – three states could each lose a seat they otherwise would have had and three others each could gain one, according to a Pew Research Center analysis based on government records. If unauthorized immigrants were excluded from...

During the debut of his new Saturday show on the General Michael Flynn-backed Patriot TV, Drew Allen - host of the Drew Allen Show - opened by claiming the Democrats stole the 2020 election.“They cheated!” Allen says plainly.Allen, of course, isn’t the first to say it. While the claim isn’t novel, his explanation is—and brilliant too. Allen says:“I want you to listen very carefully. This is very, very important. In fact, it’s the key to understanding the world that we’re living in right now in the United States of America. Nothing that is happening can make sense to you unless...

Most voters who backed President Biden in 2020 think he’s now too old to be effective in a second term, according to a new poll. Some 61% of those voters somewhat or strongly agreed with that statement that the 81-year-old is “just too old” to be effective as commander-in-chief and 59% who plan to back him in 2024 feel that way, per the recent New York Times/Siena College poll. Among voters writ large, 73% felt that way. Forty-two percent of voters said the same about former President Donald Trump.

A great website exists that has logged evidence of foul play in the 2020 election. It has nearly 2,000 pieces of reported evidence of election fraud. The website contains links to the individual pieces of evidence. The website also has COVID-19 and the January 6th Capitol Protest as separate lists containing evidence of foul play by the democrats/liberals. This is an interesting site I came across and thought it might be a great research tool for those wanting to know specifically what frauds in the 2020 election were committed. Here's the Evidence
