Bee, who came under a tidal wave of criticism last week when she casually referred to Ivanka as a “feckless c*nt” apologized to viewers on Wednesday night, insisting that she was on a crusade to take the C-word “back” for feminists. The Obama administration is moving toward decisions that would further cut the number of U.S. nuclear weapons, possibly to between 1,000 and 1,100, reflecting new thinking on the role of nuclear weapons in an age of terror, current and former officials say. Sources tell ABC News that later today President Obama is expected to talk to Russian President Dmitri Medvedev and after that the US and Russia will announce an agreement has been reached on a new nuclear arms treaty, replacing the START treaty that expired on December 5.
