Jordan's Minister of State for Media Affairs, Mohammad Momani, said Saturday that a U.S. presidential envoy will attend the 28th Arab Summit to be held in Jordan starting on Wednesday. I received an official-looking political survey in the regular mail. Cover letterhead is "Congressional Monitor" with a logo of the Capital. It is addressed personally to me, and "signed" by the Project Director. The signature is a scribble, and not spelled out.
