PHILADELPHIA - In the middle of the unrest in Philadelphia, city police are investigating after a van full of explosives and suspicious equipment was found. The van was found on Logan Circle. WPVI reports police recovered propane tanks, torches, and possible dynamite sticks from it. The bomb squad is now investigating. Police haven't said who owns the van, or if any arrests have been made.

Police now tell us a 24-year-old man is dead after trying to blow up an ATM in the city. SkyFOX was over the scene at North Second Street and West Susquehanna Avenue on Tuesday morning.
