Charlie Sheen's Mercedes-Benz was found in an embankment off Mulholland Drive Tuesday morning. The car, which may have been stolen, is the second vehicle owned by Sheen to be found off the same bluff in four months. Los Angeles police Sgt. Eight people have died and 40 have been injured when the driver of a truck lost control and ploughed into a wedding procession in western India, police said. All the victims were friends of the groom accompanying him to the wedding late on Monday in a village near Jaipur, capital of western Rajasthan state, B.L. Soni, a senior police officer told AFP. Indianapolis - Five people were killed Sunday afternoon when the van they were riding in flipped on Interstate 69. The van was carrying families from Amish communities in New Haven and Rockville. State police say at one point last night they had seven helicopters lined up in the northbound lane of I-69 to transport the victims. Some were taken to Indianapolis hospitals, others to Fort Wayne. State Sen. Carole Migden rear-ended a car on Highway 12 Friday that left one person with minor injuries, the California Highway Patrol said. Migden, D-San Francisco, was reaching for her cell phone and took her eyes off the road just before she hit a 2005 Honda sedan, the senator's office said in a statement. The Flushing YMCA said four people were killed in an accident on the New York State Thruway at 7 a.m. en route to a swimming meet in Buffalo, N.Y.
