<p>When I formed The Band of Mothers back in 2007, it was the raw and protective instincts of a mother for her Son and his Brothers that fueled my passion to establish The Band of Mothers. Someone once said the most dangerous place in all the world is between a mother and her children. I concur. As it is the nature of the lioness to protect and defend her cubs, so is the way of The Band of Mothers.</p>
