The impounding of two Northern Ireland fishing boats by the Irish Navy has been condemned as “quite outrageous” by the DUP deputy leader Nigel Dodds. Net migration to the UK from countries outside the European Union has hit its highest level for 15 years, the Office for National Statistics says.
