You don’t see this in Japan because they have higher social cohesiveness so very few crimes of any kind are committed. People who do commit crimes are aggressively prosecuted (and Japanese trials are not exactly fair for defendants) but I think that’s secondary to the fact that Japan’s society is overall extremely cohesive.
In addition to being a Kremlin stooge Kiryandil, you are also a buffoon who apparently doesn’t know the difference between crude oil and refined gasoline. The Ukrainians are blowing up domestic refineries.
Whatever happened to maglev? 50 years ago it was the bees knees, to liberals, and it is basically no where to be found except for a 30 km stretch in China..
I don't understand the question. What about maglev technology is "liberal?" They're more expensive to build than regular high speed trains and (with the possible exception of the technology described in this article) can't use existing track infrastructure, which has prevented them from catching on. China only started building high speed rail recently (2007) but since then they have built 28,000 miles of track traveling up to 240 mph. The US has a grand total of zero miles of high speed rail.
prove he is an “Kremlin apparatchik” ..whatever that may be-
He is a paid commentator for RT, the Russian-government's English language propaganda channel. He literally cashes checks from the Russian government. What more do you need?
Unsurprisingly, he has parroted the Russian government's official line on Ukraine and other matters, including repeatedly claiming that Ukraine was about to collapse - famously he said at the start of the war that Ukraine would collapse within 24 hours. It's sad to see a retired US military official support America's enemies for money but unfortunately there have been other such cases (although not many).
