We had 1000 people there. I love the way the organizers got everyone to sign up and wear a tag to prove how many showed up. They are also sending each of those tags (with names and addresses on them) to CNN so they can see how many showed up. We got a 3 for 1 that day. We marched past CNN shouting "CNN: Tell the Truth", we marched past the Federal Reserve shouting, "Stop Printing Money", and Past the AJC shouting, "Dinosaur Death Watch." Unfortunately I missed the Patriot Guard on their Harley's. It was a good day though.

It was a beautiful fall day for a protest here in Colorado. Sunny and warm. I'd say there were about 100 protestors in all. It would have been nice to have a larger turnout - just saying. But a good time was had by all. The plan of action was to assemble outside of the local NBC affiliate and then march down to the ABC affiliate down the street. Press coverage of the event was a joke. No surprises there.

"Can you hear us now?" asked protesters around the country this weekend, challenging the mainstream media to drop a perceived news bias and give fair coverage to the growing movement against Obama administration policies. Grassroots organizers pulled together small groups of protesters in dozens of U.S. cities yesterday and today, including more than 100 who descended upon the offices of the Florida's St. Petersburg Times this morning.

The Greeley 9.12 Project held operation "Can You Hear Us Now " in front of our local news paper the Greeley Tribune today.

The Rochester Operation "Can You Hear Me Now" rallies and march, is starting at the WHEC-TV Studios on 191 East Avenue. The rally will start at 11am on Saturday, 10/17/2007. Here's the map for the rally point: We're starting things off with the Presentation of the Colors, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and a few speeches. After action report of yesterday's Chicago "Can you hear us NOW?" march on the media. Approximately 100 patriots gathered at 4:00pm outside of ABC news studios on State Street in Chicago. We sang God Bless America, The National Anthem and chanted "report the news" "do your jobs" "can you hear us now?" etc... After about 1/2 hour, we marched on over to CBS News studios. The folks at CBS saw us coming and pulled down the window shades to the studio. LOL, cowards. More chanting commenced. The protest was to last until 6pm, but I left at about 5:30 as...

Many "tea partiers" and 9-12 protesters were angered by the way the mainstream media misreported their big protest In Washington, DC held on September 12... This coming October 17, activists will be rallying outside their local elite newspaper and tv news outlets to protest media bias against conservative ideas....

Obviously, the "main stream" media are hard of hearing and seeing. About 2 million mad-as-hell taxpayers assembling in Washington, D.C. for the largest-ever (most well-behaved ever, most respectful ever) protest did not make it onto their radar screens (or our TV screens). They need our help. Maybe we cannot repeat an assembly of 2 million mad-as-hell taxpaying patriots in one place, but surely those who longed to go and couldn’t would love to be a part of Operation "Can You Hear Us Now?"
