WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed Texas to enforce a contentious new law that gives local police the power to arrest migrants. The conservative-majority court, with three liberal justices dissenting, rejected an emergency request made by the Biden administration, which said states have no authority to legislate on immigration, an issue the federal government has sole authority over.

“In its modern history the U.S. has never suffered an invasion of the homeland and, yet, one is unfolding now,” the FBI executives wrote in letter to congressional leadership With a constitutional crisis brewing in Texas and voters nationwide alarmed by the toll of illegal immigration, some of the FBI’s most famous retired executives are issuing a stark warning to Congress that President Joe Biden’s border policies have unleashed an “invasion” of military-aged male foreigners who pose “one of the most pernicious ever” threats to American security. Ten former FBI executives -- some who oversaw the bureau’s intelligence, counterterrorism, criminal...

Joe Biden, or more likely his handlers, levied an ultimatum on Thursday, demanding that Gov. Greg Abbott relinquish control of the "disputed" border areas Texas has been securing. That came after 25 states joined together to pledge their support to Abbott as he battles the federal government and its refusal to enforce immigration laws.

Newt Gingrich:“We are drifting towards the greatest constitutional crisis since the 1850’s and the rise of secession and civil war,” he said on Fox News. “I don’t mean that as hyperbole.” “What you are seeing across the country is a desperate, last ditch effort by a corrupt machine to destroy their most dangerous opponent in a way that not only breaks the constitution, destroys the rule of law and establishes a moment of bitterness which I think will last for a generation or more" “This is going to be a horrendous period. The people who want to control America and...

James Baker, the former FBI lawyer involved in approving the faulty Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant used to spy on the Trump campaign, also helped censor the Hunter Biden laptop story, according to a series of tweets posted by Rolling Stone contributing editor Matt Taibbi. Twitter CEO Elon Musk released the so-called “Twitter Files” Friday afternoon, detailing how the social media platform suppressed a New York Post story about Hunter Biden’s laptop in 2020. The Daily Caller News Foundation verified the authenticity of the laptop soon after the NY Post published the story. The Twitter data released Friday shows...

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) met weekly with large social media platforms to collaborate on moderating content, according to a deposition this week from FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan. Chan, who was one of the two FBI agents who contacted Facebook ahead of its censoring of the Hunter Biden laptop warning of potential Russian disinformation operations, said that the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) officials met weekly with social media companies to remove specific accounts ahead of the 2020 presidential election, according to his deposition cited by Missouri Attorney General...

It's a given that Joe Biden is a one-term president. No way can he be reelected--short of an even larger and more obvious amount of ballot fraud which would set up a Constitutional crisis of a magnitude last seen in the 1860's. The Democrats know this and so will take maximum advantage of the situation. As long as they hold the House and Senate, they will ram through every piece of anti-America Marxist legislation they possibly can to destroy what's left of our free-market economy, our freedom, our national security, our national sovereignty and our place in the world as...

The Supreme Court on Monday denied a request to take up a challenge to a federal law requiring the registration of some firearms including silencers. Challengers in the case believe the Second Amendment protects such firearm accessories. An appeals court had held that a silencer is not a "bearable" arm protected by the Constitution. The case comes as a silencer was used during the recent Virginia Beach massacre and President Donald Trump suggested he'd look into restrictions on gun silencers. The Trump administration had also urged the court not to take up the issue. The order was issued without comment...

As Democrats push forward with a plan to haul Attorney General William Barr before a federal judge for contempt of Congress, a stunning admission by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler could torpedo that case, legal experts say. The House Judiciary Committee last week took the first step toward holding Mr. Barr in contempt for defying a Congressional subpoena demanding special counsel Robert Mueller’s “full unredacted” report along with all the supporting evidence. Republicans say he even rejected an amendment that sought to carve grand jury information out of the subpoena, issued in March. But Mr. Nadler now says he...

In the days after President Trump fired James B. Comey as F.B.I. director, law enforcement officials became so concerned by the president’s behavior that they began investigating whether he had been working on behalf of Russia against American interests, according to former law enforcement officials and others familiar with the investigation. The inquiry carried explosive implications. Counterintelligence investigators had to consider whether the president’s own actions constituted a possible threat to national security. Agents also sought to determine whether Mr. Trump was knowingly working for Russia or had unwittingly fallen under Moscow’s influence. The investigation the F.B.I. opened into Mr....

The final votes are being counted from the 2018 election. They confirm that the Democrats crushed Republicans. Let's start in the seat count. Republican Rep. David Valadao of California's 21st District conceded on Thursday to Democrat T.J. Cox. Cox's victory combined with other election results means that Democrats have picked up a net gain of 40 seats. As has oft been repeated, this is the largest Democratic House gain since 1974. It's a larger gain than Democrats had in the wave elections of both 1982 and 2006. We can go back even further and see how unusual it is that...

With voter fraud and integrity issues in Florida, Arizona and across the nation – the entire US election system requires review and repairs. Yesterday we found out that voter ballots in Florida’s Democrat led Broward County were being transferred between vehicles and loaded on a rental van during the election. Every day new votes are added to Democrat candidates in close races nation wide. Florida, Arizona and Montana all had tight senate races with Republicans holding the lead on election night and then just like that, days later, Democrats miraculously pull out victories. Dan Bongino commented that in Florida there...

On Tuesday's 'Morning Joe' on MSNBC, Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine warned that Democrats would view any attempt by the president to fire Robert Mueller or signal plans to issue pardons "as the president pushing the nation into a constitutional crisis." (snip) BRZEZINSKI: So the president calls this a witch hunt. He says they didn't find anything. And he really was quite defensive yesterday about -- that this was a sad situation and he's not sure whether or not Mueller will be fired. Are you concerned that this investigation could be thwarted? KAINE: Yes. I think the president is clearly panicked....

Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman speculated the Mueller special counsel probe will result in some sort of finding that will lead to a “constitutional crisis.” That according to Friedman will lead to former Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama having to step and prevent a constitutional crisis.

There was collusion in the election of 2016. It involved Russians, a British ex-spy, law firms, FBI agents, DOJ attorneys, an FBI director that prejudged evidence, an Attorney General that had an unethical meeting with the spouse of a target, FISA warrants obtained on faulty information that stemmed from political sources, a Deputy Director whose wife received monetary support in an election, an FBI director who lied to Congress, an FBI Deputy Director who lied to the Justice Department’s Inspector General, loads of classified materials that were mishandled and criminally passed to those without clearances, and partisan hacks spearheading inquiries...

Charlie Daniels It’s been over a year since the election that totally amazed America. To those who voted for Donald Trump it was a refreshing miracle, as the “rust belt,” the much-maligned coal miners, those who were tired of watching ISIS grow stronger, those who hated the fact that America had a president who refused to even identify our sworn blood enemy by its proper name, had finally had their voices heard. The fruits of their votes are reaching fruition as the economy sizzles, their burdensome taxes have been modified, their 401Ks are prospering, new jobs and old companies...

On today’s Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough prefaced his statement by saying that he’d stayed away from criticizing Fox News, but then proceeded to unload—big time—on his network’s competitor: “Fox News, they are fomenting a constitutional crisis by suggesting to people watching Fox News in Middle America that somebody is attempting a coup: a coup against our government . . . What they are doing could lead to violence, and what they are doing is about as deeply irresponsible as anything I’ve ever seen.” Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

Appearing on Joy Reid’s MSNBC show, intelligence and national security commentator Malcolm Nance said this morning that Donald Trump is “pushing this nation to a constitutional crisis of unprecedented magnitude.” Nance accused Trump of working “in the interest of a hostile nation and supporting, to a certain extent, a hostile intelligence service.” Nance was reacting to Trump’s reluctance to give a full-throated acceptance of the views of the US intelligence community regarding Russian hacking. Nance predicted that Trump will attempt a cover-up and will “gut” the intelligence agencies. View the video here.

An Iowa Congressman claimed on Sunday that Republicans on Capitol Hill have copies of the 650,000 emails the FBI recovered from a computer belonging to Anthony Weiner. 'The good thing is, Congress has preserved them for our access,' Iowa Rep. Steve King said before a Donald Trump rally in Sioux City. 'So the Weiner leaks, the WikiLeaks, you name your leaks, we've got our hands on all of them – 650,000 emails.' King also suggested that the number of emails related to the FBI investigation may be larger than 650,000.
