The Oregon teacher who declared his mission to “dismantle and demolish” the Tea Party movement resigned before getting the ax, a school spokeswoman told FoxNews.com.

Beaverton middle school teacher Jason Levin, who founded the now notorious "Crash the Tea Party" website, is no longer a teacher. Jason Levin Levin resigned Wednesday in lieu of termination, said Beaverton School District Legal Counsel Camellia Osterink. District officials would not say why Levin was facing dismissal, but that it followed an internal investigation into his use of public resources and time spent at school. "There was some question whether that conduct occurred during the work day," Osterink said of Levin's work on the website. Reached today, Levin said, "My attorney has advised me not to comment." His attorney,...

Mike's post yesterday about the NAACP’s recent goals to distract from Obama’s failures by leveling charges of racism is a great compliment to this one by Bob Owens. Bob describes how Think Progress, a blog founded by the George Soros insidious group The Center for American Progress (CAP) (and a very influential group inside the Obama administration), is putting out false propaganda to paint the Tea Party as racist. Days after the NAACP passed a resolution calling all Tea Party members as racist. (h/t Gateway Pundit) Think there is no coordination going on with this White House? Do you remember...

Jason “Crash The Tea Party” Levin Still Blaming “Teabaggers” For Time Square Bomb May, 6, 2010 — nicedeb You remember our friend, Jason Levin, right? It was less than a month ago that his attempt to lead a lefty moonbat invasion of the tax day tea parties ended in abject failure, his pathetic site, “Crash the Tea Party” got overrun by conservative trolls, and he was put on administrative leave from his job at a Middle School in Oregon for his bizarre antics. What could he possibly do to top that, you ask? Well…. He’s now posting at a nutroot...

Today, I share uncut audio of a phone conversation I had Friday with Steve Belosi, one of two men who crashed the Tax Day Tea Party Thursday in St. Charles, Mo.

Looks like Oregon idiot Levin's site got a well-deserved cyber enema.

You were ready for the Tea Party saboteurs. And boy, did they fail epically. Saul Alinsky would be ashamed. Grass-roots activists smoked out the infiltrators — and tagged them immediately. SNIP...

Some 200 people showed up in downtown St. Charles, Mo., Thursday afternoon for a Tax Day Tea Party which lefty "party crashers" tried unsuccessfully to disrupt.

PORTLAND -- A state board will investigate whether a Beaverton teacher was on his own time or using state resources while he organized liberals to crash Oregon tea parties. On Thursday, Jason Levin was put on paid leave by the Beaverton School District. Levin has gotten national attention for a "Crash the Tea Party" Web site that called for opponents to infiltrate the events and behave outlandishly. That raised suspicion he was doing political work during schools hours. Beaverton School District spokeswoman Maureen Wheeler confirmed Levin was placed on paid administrative leave as of Thursday while they conduct an internal...

Gov. Rick Perry is telling tea party organizers across the state to watch their backs for liberals who wish to do them harm. In an invitation-only conference call with tea party organizers in Texas, Perry urged those participating in Thursday's tax day rallies to "continue looking over your shoulder ... for people trying to make the tea party into something that it's not." Perry, participating in the call to thank tea party organizers, was following up on warnings from activist Michael Quinn Sullivan that "some liberals are going to try to infiltrate tea parties with racist signs." Perry said "you...

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Organizers of tax-day tea parties are having their biggest day of the year Thursday, as thousands of demonstrators participate in local rallies against high taxes and big government spending. But the leaders are striving to keep the rallies from presenting another image: one of fringe groups, extremists or infiltrators obsessed with hateful messages. Sensitive that poor public perception could sink their movement, some rally planners have uninvited controversial speakers, beefed up security and urged participants to pack cameras to capture evidence of any disrupters. Organizers want to project a peaceful image of people upset by what...

Sarah Palin appeared at the Tea Party Express rally on the Boston Common this morning. The weather was a perfect 68 degrees and sunny, Boston's flowering trees are at their peak, the speeches were passionate, the music was good (although American Thinker contributor Lloyd Marcus had lost his voice), the crowd was in high spirits, and the traveling carnival of T-shirt and buttons salesmen was a boisterous affirmation of American capitalism.I was on the lookout for infiltrators trying to disparage the Tea Party movement. Perhaps they were the ones waving that universally despised symbol of jingoism, imperialism, racism, sexism and...

Unless you live under a rock, you’ve no doubt heard about all of the plans of the Marxist-democrats to infiltrate the Tea Party movement and cause problems. You see, the Obama regime, with great assistance from their media partners, have been working 24/7 to convince people that the Tea Party Patriots are racists. (and stupid) Of course, like everything else Obama attempts, this too has been an Epic Failure. Knowing this, supporters of the Obama regime are now looking at the age old Nazi style tactics of manufacturing evidence when none exists. Marxist-democrats are very good at this. As an...

Just days after the first widespread tea party demonstrators hit the streets a year ago Thursday, Joe Wierzbicki, a Republican political consultant with the Sacramento firm Russo Marsh + Rogers, made a proposal to his colleagues that he said could “give a boost to our PAC and position us as a growing force/leading force as the 2010 elections come into focus.” The proposal, obtained by POLITICO, was for a nationwide tea party bus tour, to be called the Tea Party Express, which over the past seven months has become among the most identifiable brands of the tea party movement. Buses...

So Jason Levin is the total moron who put together the “Crash the Tea Party” web site. Levin is not your garden variety moron though. I mean it takes a pretty impressive level of idiocy to attempt to covertly infiltrate the biggest and most widely covered political movement in the country at the moment using a publicly available web site to provide details and solicit support for your plan. This idea is so completely idiotic that when I first heard about it I figured Levin would turn out to be an internet marketer and that this was really just a...

An update on yesterday’s threat from those folks who are threatening to “crash” the tea party rallies around the country. According to the Oregon Live website, “Crash The Tea Party” founder Jason Levin, who is a Beaverton, OR, Middle School teacher is being investigated.

Jason Levin, the Portland man who caused a ruckus over his plans to "infiltrate" Tea Party protests in an aim to discredit them, teaches in a Beaverton middle school and now faces an investigation by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission. Melody Hanson, the commission's director of professional practices, said Wednesday that the agency opened an investigation because "there was enough concern that there was some neglect of duty" on the part of Levin.
