Ticketed airline passengers crossing between San Diego and Tijuana will soon have a new option. A 390-foot pedestrian bridge linking Tijuana International Airport directly to Otay Mesa in San Diego is set to launch operations on Dec. 9. Users of the privately operated port of entry, called the Cross Border Xpress, will be charged for each crossing.
