A pro-gun control group of mayors started by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has scheduled an event in Fargo on Monday, but Bloomberg himself is not expected to attend. Security has been heightened at Dickinson High School, but officials still expected more absences than usual today and tomorrow, in the wake of alleged threats made against some students. A handwritten note was found earlier this week stating that "preppies" at the school would be shot on Friday the 13th, tomorrow.
