George Soros-bankrolled prosecutor in St. Louis was fed derogatory information in early 2018 from two opponents of Eric Greitens — a special interest group executive and an estranged husband — before she filed and later withdrew criminal charges that toppled the sitting Republican governor of Missouri, according to documents turned over to Just the News under a court order. Hidden from public view for years, the internal communications between St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner and Greitens' accusers provide new insights into the behavior of prosecutors and the external forces they worked with in a case that has resulted in...

JEFFERSON CITY — John Wood, a former investigator for the Jan. 6 committee who launched an independent bid for U.S. Senate in Missouri, said Tuesday he was withdrawing from the race. This week's primary elections make it clear that former President Donald Trump remains the "premier dominating force in American conservative politics," despite the barrage of big media's negative reports and work to hide his victories, said Rob Schmitt of Newsmax."Even after Jan. 6, and a nonstop onslaught of negative media coverage and constant claims, like all of these that Trump is severely damaged, all of that media coverage we've seen for months now, tonight it is clear that Donald Trump is still the premier dominating force in American conservative politics, and it's not even close," the Newsmax host of "Rob...

Former President Donald Trump shocked the political world on Monday when he issued a generic nonspecific endorsement of “Eric” in Missouri’s U.S. senate primary, leaving it open-ended whether he meant Attorney General Eric Schmitt or former Gov. Eric Greitens. While both sides fought vigorously for the endorsement and campaigned in the state just as aggressively, Trump’s decision to remain ambiguous at the 11th hour provided some much-needed levity and humor to an otherwise nasty primary campaign.“There is a BIG Election in the Great State of Missouri, and we must send a MAGA Champion and True Warrior to the U.S. Senate, someone...

Facebook has removed a campaign video by Republican Missouri U.S. Senate candidate Eric Greitens that shows him brandishing a shotgun and declaring that he's hunting RINOs, or Republicans In Name Only. In the ad, Greitens, a former Missouri governor who resigned in 2018, is flanked by a tactical unit outside a home on a tree-lined street as he whispers, “The RINO feeds on corruption and is marked by the stripes of cowardice,” using a term popularized by former President Donald Trump and his allies to deride moderate or establishment Republicans. The armed tactical team breaks through the front door and...

Hours after former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens released a video saying he would hunt members of the Republican party who he considered not conservative enough, the Republican floor leader of the Missouri state Senate said he had contacted law enforcement. “We have been in contact with the Missouri Highway Patrol and hope that former Gov Greitens finds the help he needs,” Senate Majority Leader Caleb Rowden posted on Twitter Monday. “Anyone with multiple accusations of abuse toward women and children should probably steer clear of this rhetoric.”

Joe Walsh is a washed-up Illinois politician and a chameleon. He's gone from being a liberal Republican to a hardcore Tea Partier and ardent Trump supporter, to becoming so fiercely anti-Trump that in addition to voting for Joe Biden in 2020, Walsh even announced, as our Tim Graham has noted, that he would vote for a "socialist" over Trump. So why does CNN regularly invite this loudmouth non-entity onto its air? Because he can be counted on to trash Republicans. On this morning's New Day, co-host Brianna Keilar interviewed Walsh regarding a controversial TV ad from Eric Greitens, who is...

Eric Greitens, the embattled former Missouri governor-turned-GOP Senate candidate, released a campaign ad Monday in which he and a group of armed men in tactical gear are on the hunt for "RINOs" - Republicans in name only. "We're going RINO hunting," a shotgun-toting Greitens, with a handgun holstered at his side, says before bursting into a house with the men in tactical gear, one of whom throws what appears to be a flash-bang grenade. "Get a RINO hunting permit. There’s no bagging limit, no tagging limit and it doesn’t expire until we save our country,” he says at the end...

You gotta hand it to conservatives – we get abused and dumped and generally treated like dishrags, but we never stop falling for the latest politician who is going to sweep us off our feet and make sweet, sweet political love to us. Yet maybe, instead of acting on our infatuations, we should be players instead of getting played. Maybe we should banish the starry-eyed romanticism, stop scratching "Cons + Pol" surrounded by little hearts in our Pee-Chee folders and start, as noted political theorist Sir Mix-A-Lot observed in his renowned treatise "Baby Got Back," to "hit it and quit...

The poll found Greitens leading two members of Congress — Reps. Vicky Hartzler and Billy Long — as well as Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and gun activist Mark McCloskey, who went viral after images showed he and his wife holding guns in front of their St. Louis home in 2020. More than a quarter of surveyed voters,...

Eric Greitens, former FBI agent William Tisaby pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of evidence tampering on Wednesday, The Associated Press reported. Unlike what would happen for anyone else, the court quickly sentenced Tisaby to probation — and then immediately turned around and suspended...

GOP establishment consultant Karl Rove had prior knowledge of contents of a now-public filing that Sheena Greitens, the ex-wife of former Missouri Gov.
