We’ve all seen those lists of objects, names, places on tests attached along with the question of which one doesn’t belong or is out of place. Apply that test to the three Florida races affected by the vote fraud/incompetence in Broward and Palm Beach counties: Senator, Governor, and Agricultural Commissioner. Uh, agricultural commissioner? Why is anyone trying to steal that election, one lost under the radar among the seemingly more important national impact offices at stake. The answer is that capturing the Florida agricultural commissioner’s post would be a key victory in liberal and progressive push for gun control. As...

MIAMI -- Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) had the best line when it comes to the latest Florida election in which contests for governor and the U.S. Senate are still undecided. Rubio tweeted: "Bay County was hit by a Cat 4 Hurricane just 4 weeks ago, yet managed to count votes & submit timely results. Yet over 41 hours after polls closed #Broward elections office is still counting votes?" With lawyers descending on the state in what looks to some like a replay of the 2000 "hanging chad" presidential election, an automatic recount has been triggered for both contests. President Trump...

Walt Disney World banned an ex-Marine from the Upper West Side from all its parks last week for waving a “Trump 2020” banner on Splash Mountain, he says. “Forty Disney employees escorted me out,” recalled Dion Cini, 49. “I held up the sign for two seconds so I can take a picture,” he told The Post. “You’re allowed to hold up signs on Disney rides — cameras, cellphones, and other stuff like that. People have been doing it for years. They just kicked me out ’cause of the context of the sign.” Cini, an annual pass-holder with over 1,000 days...

While appearing on CNN on Monday, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., claimed that Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes followed the law in her handling of ballots. But, the Daily Caller said, a circuit court judge said the exact opposite. “Number one, [Snipes] has followed the process as Florida law prescribes,” Wasserman Schultz told CNN’s Jim Sciutto. “And there’s been absolutely nothing amiss that’s been found by Rick Scott’s own department of state election monitors who have been in her office since the spring.” “[There’s] no evidence of anything that has gone wrong. The process is simply working. The deadlines...

A Leon County circuit judge ruled Tuesday that the recount of midterm votes in Palm Beach County, Fla., will be extended to Nov. 20, five days after the initial deadline. The order will extend recounts for a U.S. Senate race between incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson (D) and Gov. Rick Scott (R), as well as the gubernatorial race between former Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) and Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum (D). The Florida recount, which is taking place in Palm Beach and Broward counties, has become contentious, with all sides accusing each other of dishonorable behavior. DEVELOPING

While a recount continues in his race for governor, Republican Ron DeSantis’ transition team Monday announced staff members who would help set up his administration. DeSantis last week announced leadership of the transition team, with Susie Wiles serving as executive director. Wiles chaired his gubernatorial campaign. The staff members announced Monday were James Blair, director of policy; Chris Clark, director of recruiting; Drew Meiner, director of operations; Amanda Emmons, director of scheduling; Ben Gibson, general counsel; Dave Vasquez, press secretary; and Claire Whitehead, assistant to Casey DeSantis, the wife of Ron DeSantis. Blair is a longtime adviser to House Speaker...

Maybe DeSantis is strategizing on how to fix the fraud once he get's into office?

Florida county officials are expected to submit their final vote tallies by 3 p.m. Thursday, so we can finally declare winners in both the Senate and gubernatorial races. State law requires that races with less than a .05 percent margin get a recount. Republicans, however, who are currently in the lead in both races, see no need for the recounts.Florida Gov. Rick Scott accused Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes and Palm Beach Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher of “trying to steal the election.†There's certainly reason to believe Snipes is operating under an ideological motive. Her office unlawfully destroyed...

Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is expected to be "forced from office" after a judge found her guilty of violating Florida law. Following further reports of highly suspicious actions by her office, either Governor Rick Scott or governor-elect Ron DeSantis is anticipated to soon strip her from her role. Snipes is accused of intentionally destroying ballots along with allowing felons and non-citizens to vote in elections.

"We should also point out that Brenda Snipes in Broward County is a Republican appointed by former governor, then-Governor Jeb Bush," Mitchell said in a clip flagged by Mediaite. "So, she was put in by a Republican governor after the mess that we all remember from 2000. And she’s hardly a Democratic official, or someone doing the bidding of the Democratic candidates there."

President Donald Trump expressed skepticism about a recount in the Florida election on Monday, claiming it was impossible to conduct a fair tally. “An honest vote count is no longer possible-ballots massively infected,” he wrote on Twitter. “Must go with Election Night!” The recount of the midterm election vote has already started with the deadline for results on Thursday. Trump suggested that Florida officials call the election in favor of Republican Rick Scott for Senator and Ron DeSantis for governor.

The campaign of Florida's Republican Senate candidate Rick Scott immediately wrote off a Monday morning lawsuit filed by Democrats asking Florida officials to count vote-by-mail ballots received after the polls closed on Election Day, calling it a "frivolous and laughable" legal move. A recount is currently underway—Scott is ahead by over 12,000 votes on incumbent Democratic senator Bill Nelson. Nelson has brought in Marc Elias, the Democratic Party's top lawyer, who has unleashed a barrage of lawsuits over the past week in his effort to swing the election in his favor. The latest lawsuit asks the Florida Department of State...

NASSAU COUNTY BALLOTS IN STORAGE. FILE PHOTO. Nassau County Democrats are reporting that Sunday’s recount of votes by the Nassau County Supervisor of Elections is finished and there were “zero percentage changes” in the vote totals. A manual recount of the over and under votes, if ordered, will occur later this week.” According to Florida Election laws, in the event the recount shows the vote margin is less than or equal to 0.25% , a manual recount is required. The manual recount applies only for ballots sorted by the automatic tabulating equipment showing undervotes or overvotes.

“There is no question that Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes failed to comply with Florida law on multiple counts, undermining Floridians’ confidence in our electoral process,” the former Florida governor tweeted. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush called for embattled Broward County election chief Brenda Snipes to be removed from office, adding fuel to a Republican effort to cast doubt on the validity of statewide election results. The Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office, to which Bush appointed Snipes in 2003, has come under fire. The office continued on Monday to count tens of thousands of ballots, leading some...

Robert Cahaly, senior strategist for the Trafalgar Group, made a name for himself in 2016 by being the only pollster to correctly show Donald Trump with a lead in Michigan and Pennsylvania -- two key states he carried -- heading into Election Day. (He did not poll Wisconsin, another surprising win for Trump.) Cahaly also showed Trump ahead in North Carolina and Florida, both of which he won, securing his improbable 304-227 Electoral College victory over Hillary Clinton. Cahaly managed to pick up support for Trump that all other pollsters missed by employing a unique method that sought to measure...

Another November, another Election Day debacle. Leave it to the State of Florida to once again (think Bush v. Gore) expose the severe shortcomings of the American election system. Though, to be fair, it isn’t only Florida; Arizona and Georgia are also in the proverbial “big soup” this time around. The point of this article is not to systematically condemn the American election system, nor detail its deficiencies. As any observer is painfully aware, there are legal, partisan, and political reasons why the system remains – basically – broken. Nor shall we evaluate any contemporary claims of voter fraud; for...

Brenda Snipes, idiocy and how to destroy the electoral system Many of us remember the absurdities of the 2000 election. Yes, the one the Democrats refused to accept. That one with pregnant chads, hanging chads, Seances with Ouija Boards to determine the "intentions" of voters and endless recounts. At the time, the Broward Co. Supervisor of Elections was a nice old lady, Jane Carroll, who had led the office for 32 years and who, as she resigned as the umpteenth recount was about to begin, became the last Republican to head that office (and the only Republican member of the...

The ballot counting in Florida elections is a shambles. The gubernatorial race is a shambles. The agricultural commissioner’s race is a shambles. And the Senate race is a shambles. We’re all heading for recounts in these races—and the two counties that keep chipping away at GOP vote totals, Broward and Palm Beach, are the most liberal in the state. They’ve violated state law by not posting regular updates on ballots left outstanding. A judge recently ruled that the counties violated public records laws—and the whole ballot counting process has been done in secret. So, yes, it’s right that Gov. Rick...
