A pregnant Florida woman charged with fatally shooting a mother of three in an Uber last year is arguing to be let out of jail because her unborn child hasn’t committed a crime. A woman in Colombia seeking euthanasia despite not having a terminal illness will be allowed to die, a judge has ruled. Martha Sepúlveda would have been the first person in the country to be euthanized without a terminal illness until a medical committee decided earlier this month that she no longer qualified. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Friday said her supporters raised more than $185,000 for organizations in Texas supporting reproductive rights. The fundraising effort came after the Supreme Court in a single-paragraph decision said it wouldn't block a restrictive abortion law in Texas.
