The continuing delays in releasing the Department of Justice Inspector General’s report on the FISA warrant have discouraged a lot of conservatives. But according to Joe DiGenova and Victoria Toensing, whose sources on the ongoing scandal have been excellent, the reasons behind the delay are entirely positive.  Yesterday they appeared on Lou Dobbs’s show on Fox Business Network, and laid it out.
