Environmental groups and scientists with two universities want U.S. wildlife managers to consider reintroducing jaguars to the American Southwest. In a recently published paper, they say habitat destruction, highways and existing segments of the border wall mean that natural reestablishment of the large cats north of the U.S.-Mexico boundary would be unlikely over the next century without human intervention. Jaguars are currently found in 19 countries, but biologists have said the animals have lost more than half of their historic range from South and Central America into the southwestern United States largely due to hunting and habitat loss.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are planning on signing Tebow to a one-year deal, according to NFL Network, as he plans a comeback as a tight end. Though the ex-quarterback had brief stints with the Patriots and Eagles, Tebow hasn’t played in the NFL since 2012 with the Jets. Tebow, 33, recently had a tryout with the Jaguars after reaching out to them regarding his interest in converting to tight end.

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Tyler Eifert honored David Dorn during his Sunday game against the Colts. Eifert placed Dorn’s name on the back of his helmet for the big 27-20 win over Indianapolis. Jacksonville Jaguars player Tyler Eifert will reportedly honor former St. Louis Police Capt. David Dorn, who was murdered during riots a little over a week after George Floyd’s death. An attempt at taking a selfie at the zoo devolved into a dangerous situation for a woman in Phoenix, Arizona, on Saturday evening, according to zoo officials and emergency responders.
