This is not a vanity post, it is the plain truth. As 'flagthefly' I posted a link to a BBC article about an investigation by the most respected medical magazine in the world, which had some unpleasant things to say about the real number of dead in Iraq. Kerry says his conviction is that life begins at conception and that he is against abortion, however he believes he has no right to impose his faith upon others. Nice try. If he is truthful about his convictions, but fails to stand up for them, he is a COWARD. If he insists that he is not a coward, then he is a LIAR and those are not his true convictions. DNC releases video: faces of frustration - Bush's "frustrated" reactions to Kerry during debate. I noticed Bush's reactions last night while watching the debate, and when I heard the DNC was releasing this video I was shocked. What I saw in Bush's reactions was a man perturbed because he's listening to lies and half-truths. Watching the DNC video a couple of times today just confirms my initial opinion.

Unlike McCain, Bush, and Gore,,,,Kerry has adamantly refused to authorize the release of his military records. Most think it's because of his phony battle medals. I think the real reason is below. He was not granted an Honorable Discharge until March 2001, almost 30 years after his ostensible service term had ended! This is very much out of the ordinary, and highly suspect. There are 5 classes of Discharge: Honorable, General, Other Than Honorable, Bad Conduct, and Dishonorable. My guess is that he was Discharged in the '70s, but not Honorably. John Kerry's commanding officer was just interviewed on Fox News. According to Lt. Commander Grant Hibbard when Kerry showed up in front of him requesting a Purple Heart, Hibbard saw that he had a "scratch"(Hibbard's word) on his forearm. And because, according to Hibbard, there was no report of enemy action on Kerry's patrol that day and the "scratch" did not receive medical attention from a medical officer, Hibbard declined Kerry's request for a Purple Heart.
