A Dallas attorney who represents a biker in a civil rights lawsuit against the city of Waco and McLennan County filed a complaint Tuesday against McLennan County Justice of the Peace W.H. “Pete” Peterson. The complaint, filed with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct by attorney Clinton Broden, alleges Peterson violated several judicial ethical canons in the manner in which he set bonds for the 175 bikers jailed after the May 17 shootout at Twin Peaks restaurant. snip Broden’s complaint also alleges Peterson set bonds “in mass, group hearings without considering the rules for establishing bonds under the Code of...

Investigators looking into last month’s deadly Amtrak derailment have found “no anomalies” in the tracks, signals or breaking systems of train #188, according to a preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board released Tuesday, underscoring the key outstanding question of their ongoing inquiry: Why did the locomotive speed into a sharp Philadelphia curve at 106 miles an hour? The NTSB said it is continuing its examination of engineer Brandon Bostian’s cell phone records. Bostian, who said he cannot recall the events shortly before the crash, reported to the NTSB that his phone was in a bag at the time...

The McLennan County Re-Education Camp Neither the United States Department of Justice, the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas, the Governor of Texas, the President of the United States nor any of the score of smurfs and fools currently running for President has so far dared to come to the defense of the scores of men and at least two women who remain unjustly imprisoned under cruel and unusual circumstances in the McLennan County Jail. The Southern Nevada Confederation of Clubs has stated that the jail is desperately overcrowded, that some prisoners are not being fed and that others cannot...

WACO, TEXAS—After a gunfight between rival motorcycle gangs outside a crowded restaurant left nine dead, police rounded up everyone on the scene wearing biker vests. Now, as 174 people sit in jail on organized crime charges, legal experts say prosecutors face a difficult challenge, and that many of those arrested could end up going free. “They have bitten off more than they can chew,” said Robert Draskovich, a Las Vegas criminal defence lawyer who represents bikers. “Prosecutors often overreach and charge too many people, but I’ve never seen it to this extent.” To prove the current charges, which have capital...

As unanswered questions and controversy mount over the shooting outside a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas, there is a growing movement by motorcycle riders to protest what they see as troubling overreach by the authorities. Breitbart Texas has previously reported on a number of inconsistencies in the story that Waco Police have told about the deadly incident. There’s a growing awareness that there seems to be much more to the story than originally reported, and bikers are taking action. The Confederation of Clubs and Independents (CoC&I) — a political group focused on biker rights — has issued a Call...

A San Antonio man has lost his job because he’s unable to post bail after he was arrested in the aftermath of the biker melee in Waco. Diego N. Obledo, 40, doesn’t have a motorcycle but was arrested after driving friends in his Toyota Venza to the Twin Peaks restaurant where the brawl broke out, according to San Antonio lawyer A.L. Hernden, who is helping the family. Hernden said Diego Obledo was “just standing around” but was caught up in the sweep as 170 people were arrested by Waco law officers. More than 30 are from this area. Obledo has...

"....At the time of the assault, Clinton was meeting with his Asian moneymen, John Huang and James Riady,in his never ending quest to raise illegal foreign cash. Riady recalls the day vividly because a television in the corner was showing the Mount Carmel community at Waco in full flame. Ever gracious,Clinton escorted his guests to the White House situation room to observe key staff then in the throes of mismanaging the crisis. When Clinton saw the laurels being tossed Reno’s way, however,he turned credit monger and fought for his share of the limelight. Yes,Virginia, there was limelight to be had. What may seem...

Well, that didn't take long. The tolerance brigades are calling for the death of the proprietors of a small pizza restaurant in a sleepy Indiana town. All of the hubbub that has spawned over the last three days has spun well out of control for those that wanted to make the pizzeria an example to be shunned. However, some have taken it way too far already: they´ve raised funds for the stupid gayhaters of #MemoriesPizza let´s raise funds to kill them all !!! take you gun and kill them now — Al Gringo (@Al_Gringo) April 3, 2015 #MemoriesPizza If conservatives...

Update, April 3: The Indiana man who claims to have been hacked now admits that he wasn't, but says he was "joking" about robbing Memories Pizza, and is threatening to sue those who exposed his (ahem) public comments. Those of us following the Memories Pizza story won't have trouble remembering it as the years go by, thanks only partially to the Walkerton, Indiana store's fairly unusual name for a pizzeria. What will also easy to recall are the "memories" of the unhinged and threatening leftist behavior that accompanied its owner's simple statement that, if the request ever arose, they would...

Did you know that there’s been a massive uptick in white thugs setting black folks on fire, yet the media has been virtually silent on this horrendous subject? Sure, we all have heard of Darren Wilson's shooting Michael Brown, but there has been no coverage of the aforementioned. Like in zero… nada… nothing… zilch. What kind of racist “news outlets” would be so heinous to cover up such gross and unspeakable evil? Why haven’t the most powerful people in our government and the entertainment industry spoken out and condemned this obvious xenophobic act of viciousness? How come there has been...

WILLIAMSPORT — A federal judge has told a Schuylkill County man to stop focusing on Sara Palin and "get everything under control." U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann Thursday warned Shawn Richard Christy, 23, of McAdoo, to stop the "nonsense" because he was headed down a bad path. The judge asked Christy's father, Craig Richard Christy, 51, also of McAdoo, to try to help get his son under control because his probation officer thinks he is ticking time bomb. "...while decades old rape accusations against a black TV star named Bill are given front page headlines, more credible rape allegations against a Southern white President of the United States named Bill are ignored and the victims are savaged in the press.Liberal politics, not people, matter to our evil media. That’s precisely why they rush to their cameras, microphones and keyboards when news breaks about a pedophile Catholic priest having his way with altar boys. Not because they care about the altar boys, but because they want to discredit the Catholic Church. If you doubt that fact, ask yourself why you haven’t heard much from the Mainstream Media...

Any distrust Women of Color felt toward Planned Parenthood was kept out of the public eye until July 28, when the abortion giant blew any remaining shreds of good will. It was on that day a story Planned Parenthood shopped to the New York Times was published, within which Planned Parenthood failed to give WOC credit for the concept of “reproductive justice” and submitted names of only white female leaders of the abortion lobby to interview – seven to be exact – but no WOC. Enter into the fracas Melissa Flourney, pictured right, Louisiana State Director for Planned Parenthood Gulf...
