This week, FBI Special Agent Steve Friend, a respected 12-year veteran of the FBI, was suspended, his badge and firearm confiscated, and was escorted out of the building after he complained about some of the Agency's actions. His complaint to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz cited multiple violations of FBI policy including the falsification of data, use of excessive force against non-violent subjects accused of misdemeanor offenses, and political bias against conservatives. "I didn't like the idea of sending heavily-armed SWAT teams on dawn raids of persons suspected of what, at best, would be misdemeanor offenses," Friend explained. "I suggested...
  • Sinema bathroom confrontation: ASU police recommend charging 4

The Arizona State University Police Department is recommending charges against the four protesters who followed Democratic Sen. Kyrsten Sinema into a bathroom earlier this month and recorded the incident. ASU police, Sinema's office and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office have all investigated the incident, the AZ Mirror reported. ASU police are now asking county prosecutors to charge four people with misdemeanors, Adam Wolfe, spokesman for ASU Police Department, told the outlet. He said the four people, whose names have not been released, allegedly committed disorderly conduct and disruption of an educational institution.

Brennan's post Putin summit tweet: "Donald Trump’s press conference performance in Helsinki rises to & exceeds the threshold of 'high crimes & misdemeanors.' It was nothing short of treasonous. Not only were Trump’s comments imbecilic, he is wholly in the pocket of Putin. Republican Patriots: Where are you???" At what point can a person like this be arrested for sedition? Donald Trump is the duly-elected President of the United States, he campaigned on pursuing friendlier relations with Russia, and now he's following through on that promise, which to many of us who voted for him would be to the benefit...

In March Barack Obama told CBS News he heard about Hillary Clinton’s private emails through news reports. snip And then there’s this… Catherine Herridge on FOX News reported this morning that the Obama White House was notified six different times when Hillary Clinton changed her email address. Hillary’s assistant Huma Abedin disclosed this information during FBI testimony. Catherine Herridge: One of the key things we’ve learned in the FBI interviews known as 302s came from Clinton aide Huma Abedin. She told the FBI investigators that every time Hillary Clinton’s personal address changed they would update the White House so the...

On MSNBC's coverage of the South Carolina primary this evening, Chuck Todd actually said that if Hillary Clinton is charged with a misdemeanor concerning her emails, it will have "no impact" on her presidential prospects. Well it looks like he’s doing just that because his SuperPAC and his State Department has been funneling money and personnel to Benjamin Netanyahu’s opponents in an effort to oust him in the upcoming Israeli elections, in favor of more left wing candidates. And this would of course benefit Hezbollah and the Palestinians.

In July, former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin wrote a widely-publicized op-ed for Breitbart News. “Enough is enough of the years of abuse from this president,” she wrote. “Without borders, there is no nation. Obama knows this. Opening our borders to a flood of illegal immigrants is deliberate. This is his fundamental transformation of America.” Then, she dropped the bomb: “It’s time to impeach; and on behalf of American workers and legal immigrants of all backgrounds, we should vehemently oppose any politician on the left or right who would hesitate in voting for articles of impeachment.” Believe it or not,...

For the last ten years, Sarah Wulchak has been one very busy woman - and her sad decline and radical physical transformation is illustrated in 23 mugshots from her arrests over 10 years. From grand theft auto to trespass and aggravated battery, the 34-year-old woman from DeLand, Florida, has managed to be arrested 23 times since 2003 - all in Volusia County. In her first mugshot taken in 2003, she appears with glasses and relatively healthy looking, but ten years later is as shadow of her former self. While many of her charges are common misdemeanors, Wulchak made headlines in...

WASHINGTON — Representative Kerry Bentivolio, a freshman Republican from Michigan, has a legislative dream. It is not to balance the federal budget, or find a way to help his ailing state or even take away money from the federal health care program, a goal that has so animated many other Republicans this summer. Rather, Mr. Bentivolio told constituents, it is to put in motion the impeachment of President Obama. “If I could write that bill and submit it, it would be a dream come true,” he said this month. Mr. Bentivolio may be lacking in his understanding of the technical...

The Amnesty bill allows 3 misdemeanors or one felony. Is it possible that these people did not look up what possible crimes that could be? It will allow multiple DUIs, identity fraud, social security fraud and the like. But what about gang membership, terrorist threats or assault? YES!!!!! Under the bill, all this stuff will be allowed. A federal judge said this week that the Obama administration is likely violating the law by telling immigration agents and officers not to arrest illegal immigrants they deem low priority, in a case that could upend President Obama’s enforcement policy. For the last several years the administration has said it will no longer arrest most illegal immigrants, arguing it wants to focus only on those with serious criminal records or gang ties. The Homeland Security department said it was using “prosecutorial discretion.” Immigration agents and officers sued, saying federal law requires them to make the arrests, but the Obama administration...

(CNSNews.com) – Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) defended the recent release by the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of 2, 228 incarcerated illegal aliens by saying that only 467 of those had been convicted of a misdemeanor “or two.” “We learned at a recent hearing before the Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee that 72 percent of the people released had no criminal record at all,” Conyers said Tuesday at a House Judiciary Committee hearing, where ICE Director John Morton testified that the releases were done because of federal budget cuts (sequestration) required by the Budget Control Act of...

There seem to be some hints that press and other kinds of investigations into the legality of Obama's presidency because of a foreign birth are continuing. What if someone discovers that Obama has been serving unconsitutionally and illegally? Do the legislation, executive orders and so forth that he has signed off on remain legally in effect? Does not seem to me that there is any precedent for determining the status of such things We know the MSM et al are attempting to intimidate those who are carrying out these investigations. But what if . . .

A restraining order against Leon Hugo Andrade did little to prevent the illegal immigrant from stalking his ex-wife. Even a subsequent removal to Mexico by immigration agents did not stop him from returning to Houston. The slaying of a 61-year-old ordained minister finally removed Andrade from the streets this year, police and court records show. The illegal immigrant, police said, hacked the Rev. William Huang to death with a machete in March after the minister tried to protect Andrade's ex-wife, an employee at the victim's north Houston restaurant. Houston police recently revised procedures to detain some illegal immigrants in the...

Associated Press CHEYENNE -- Two national gun rights groups are supporting Wyoming's lawsuit over a federal agency's rejection of a state law that allows people with misdemeanor convictions for domestic violence to petition in state court to regain their right to carry guns. The National Rifle Association and the Gun Owners Foundation have both filed friend-of-the-court briefs supporting Wyoming's challenge against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Wyoming filed suit in May against the ATF claiming it exceeded its authority by rejecting the state law, which was passed in 2004. Federal law prohibits people convicted of misdemeanor domestic...
