An assault at The Great Frederick Fair that ultimately led to a man’s death sparked questions about why the two teenage brothers allegedly involved were charged as juveniles. Police in Philadelphia need help to identify those believed to be responsible for attacking a group of Marine Corps reservists on Saturday. The Marines were down the street from a “We the People” rally when they were approached by a group of people who called them “Nazis” and “white supremacists.” After the name-calling, the group sprayed mace at the Marines and began punching and kicking them. During the assault, one of the complainant’s had his cell phone stolen from him by one of the male suspects, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. Last week, we told you that the Philadelphia Police Department was asking for the public’s help to identify a group of people who allegedly attacked United States Marine Corps reservists in Old City, and now police say they have one suspect in custody: Tom Keenan, who has been associated with Philadelphia’s antifa movement. Investigators say that a group of men and women maced, punched, kicked, and robbed the reservists near Front and Chestnut streets on Saturday, November 17th, around 3:20 p.m., just down the street from the controversial “We the People” rally. Mark Lambert of Mount Airy, Maryland has now been indicted on 11 counts related to bribery, kickbacks and money laundering, according to an announcement from the District of Maryland Justice Department officials.

Talk about crying over spilled milk. Authorities said an overturned tractor trailer spilled up to 6,000 gallons of milk onto a highway in Mt. Airy, Md., causing hours of delays on Wednesday morning. The incident happened about 6 a.m. on the eastbound side of Interstate 70. Milk spilled and at one point blocked all four lanes on the eastbound side. As of mid-morning, some of the lanes were getting by but traffic was reported to be heavy in the area. No one suffered major injuries.
