When these injections are given, are they purposely saving the syringe into a numbered bag that is attached to your personal identification? Or do they just toss them in a bag of random garbage used sharps with no personal information attached? If it goes back into the bag it came from, and it has personal identification attached then why? Why would that be needed for a used disposable sharp? Why would it matter who got that syringe once it was done? If they are making this connection are they also collecting DNA bio-identification without approval or your knowledge? I can't...

More than two dozen firearms that were supposed to be in the custody of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) somehow made their way back to the streets and were used in other crimes, documents obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation appear to show. An internal memo from the D.C. Department of Forensic Sciences (DFS) reveals 24 guns police confiscated between 2005 and 2012 vanished from the MPD evidence locker and were later confiscated yet again in other crimes. One of the weapons reappeared in a murder, while several others were used to commit violent crimes

Washington Examiner (DRUDGE) ^ | February 4,2016 | By PAUL BEDARD
"The willful failure to show up for court appearances by persons that were arrested and released by the Border Patrol has become an extreme embarrassment for the Department of Homeland Security. It has been so embarrassing that DHS and the U.S. Attorney's office has come up with a new policy," he testified before the immigration subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee. The biggest change: Undocumented immigrants are no longer given a "notice to appear" order, because they simply ignore them. Judd said that Border agents jokingly refer to the NTAs as "notices to disappear." He said the the new policy...

Testifying before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Admiral Mike Mullen said that the direction given to Special Operations Command Africa commander Lt. Col Gibson was to "hold in place" on the night of the attacks. SNIP Mullen also said that U.S. aircraft were not at the ready while the attack was ongoing. He claimed there was a "physics problem" in addition to a "time and distance problem" that prevented the United States from providing immediate air cover.

Hicks – who had a brief phone conversation only hours before with Stevens before the line went dead — was informed of his death by Libya’s prime minister. snip Hicks said he doesn’t understand why more military resources were not sent to Benghazi after he notified State Department officials in Washington that the consulate was under attack. “I don’t know exactly what was available…And I still don’t quite understand why…they couldn’t fly aircraft over to Benghazi,” he said. “When I was a kid, I grew up watching western movies… the cavalry always came,” Hicks said in an interview taped Friday...

In its first reaction to this morning's worse-than-expected jobs report, the White House stressed that the nation is still fighting back from the recession and that the "problems in the job market were long in the making and will not be solved overnight." "There is much more work that remains to be done to repair the damage caused by the financial crisis and deep recession that began at the end of 2007," Alan Krueger, Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers, writes in a White House blog. "Just like last year at this time, our economy is facing serious headwinds,...

Attorney General Eric Holder tells Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) that he has not apologized to the family of Brian Terry, the U.S. Border Patrol agent murdered by a weapon used in the Fast & Furious operation now being investigated. When given the opportunity to do so at today's Senate hearing he would not apologize. Holder also says that Fast & Furious did not directly lead to the death of Agent Brian Terry. "It is not fair, however, to assume that the mistakes that happened in Fast & Furious directly led to the death of Agent Terry," Holder said today. Sen....

As the Congressional hearing on the failed solar energy manufacturer Solyndra gets under way, it's already clear that the Obama administration is prepared to fall back on a tried and tested strategy: blaming Bush. In prepared testimony released ahead of the hearing before the House Energy and Commerce committee, the director of the Department of Energy's loans office, Jonathan Silver, emphasizes that the program that eventually granted a $535 million loan guarantee to the troubled firm was created during the Bush administration. Not only that, Silver says,

New York Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner maintained Thursday that he does not plan to resign his seat, despite growing calls from members of his own party for the seven-term congressman to step down in the wake of his admission that he conducted inappropriate online communications with at least six women. “I’m not,” Weiner told a reporter for the New York Post on Thursday when asked if he planned to resign. “I’m going to get back to work as best I can.” Weiner said that he is working on making amends with his wife, senior State Department aide Huma Abedin, who...

Weiner voted against censuring Rangel By Daniel Strauss - 06/06/11 07:50 PM ET When Rep. Anthony Weiner's (D-N.Y.) colleague, Rep. Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.), faced ethics charges in the House in 2010, Weiner voted against censure. Now Weiner will face ethics charges of his own. On Monday, Weiner revealed that for the past three years he had had "inappropriate" Internet conversations with six different women around the country. Weiner's announcement is the most recent major development of the so-called "Weinergate" scandal that started after Weiner's Twitter account sent out a picture of a man in underwear. Initially, Weiner maintained that his...

In an effort to allay fears that S&P’s judgment — one the White House has called “political” — will weaken global confidence in the U.S. economy, press secretary Jay Carney flatly dismissed the pessimistic assessment of how realistic a bipartisan deficit reduction agreement really is. When it comes to politics, Carney said, the White House knows better than S&P or the financial markets about what is possible in Washington. “We simply believe that that process is better,” Carney told reporters on Monday. “We believe that the political process will outperform the S&P’s expectations.”

Gov. Deval Patrick said yesterday that he still hasn’t watched the parole hearing of felon turned cop killer Dominic Cinelli or reviewed the con’s lengthy criminal record even as House Speaker Robert DeLeo joined the outcry over Cinelli’s controversial release. “No, no,” said Patrick when asked if he’d examined the video of the six-member parole board interviewing Cinelli, who was serving three concurrent life sentences. The then six-member board — chaired by the governor’s former campaign driver Mark Conrad — included two other Patrick appointees who voted unanimously to spring Cinelli shortly after the 2008 hearing. The career criminal allegedly...

BOSTON -- The MBTA is addressing an omission in its policies that has allowed Orange, Red and Blue line operators to run subway trains without a driver's license. Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority General Manager Richard Davey declared this month that any new subway driver hired by the region's largest transit agency must have a valid license. Licenses are already required for bus and Green Line drivers, since their equipment operates at least part of the time on public byways. Subway operators have been exempted because the Orange, Red and Blue lines run on dedicated tracks that don't intersect with motor...
