US Rep. Seth Moulton, a Democrats from Massachusetts, said: "It's far better for her to graciously step down before the election, so that Republicans can't use that...

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) claimed on Wednesday that Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) “strikes fear in the heart” of President Donald Trump. Pelosi was responding to Trump’s tweet that wished “Happy Birthday to the leader of the Democrat Party, Maxine Waters!” ... Over the weekend in interviews with MSNBC and PoliticusUSA, Pelosi claimed that Republicans were scared of Waters and her because the California Democrats were effective female legislators. Pelosi, who got Democrats Obamacare and infamously said that Congress had to pass the bill to find out what was in it, even said Republicans were scared of her because...

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday called President Trump's decision to revoke ex-CIA Director John Brennan's security clearance a "pathetic attempt to silence" his critics. "Revoking the security clearance of an honorable patriot is a stunning abuse of power & a pathetic attempt to silence critics," Pelosi tweeted shortly after White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders made the announcement. "This is yet another disturbing attempt by @realdonaldtrump to distract & divert attention from his Admin's #cultureofcorruption, cronyism & incompetence." **SNIP** The decision to revoke Brennan's security clearance was quickly met with backlash from former intelligence officials and...

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (Calif.) is moving full steam ahead on a Democratic strategy to paint the GOP as corrupt ahead of the midterm elections, a case that got new legs after the arrest of Rep. Chris Collins (R-N.Y.) on insider trading charges last week. Pelosi has decided to make ethics a core pillar of House Democrats’ push for the majority this fall, seizing on Collins’s arrest in a way she hasn’t done with past GOP scandals involving Trump administration officials. But with Collins, a sitting member of Congress and Trump's earliest congressional backer, Pelosi believes that Democrats have...

Steyer pushed back against Pelosi’s claim during an interview with BuzzFeed News that aired Sunday night, calling Trump “reckless and dangerous and lawless.” “This is a historic time,” Steyer said. “If you step back for one second and think about this president, the most corrupt president in American history, somebody who is breaking the law on a daily basis.” Pelosi warned Democrats earlier this year against pursuing impeachment efforts against Trump, saying it could hurt...

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Sunday that President Trump engages in racism “constantly." Pelosi said on MSNBC’s “AM Joy” that she believes the president is afraid of her and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), whom he has repeatedly attacked as being a “low IQ” person. “He’s afraid of the women who are going to be coming into Congress,” Pelosi said. “He talks about there’s no place for racism and then he speaks that way, it’s really disgraceful.” “It’s disrespectful to Maxine, to women, of course to minorities,” she added. Pelosi also referenced Trump’s tweet ahead of the first anniversary...

Ho-Hum....Trump already has had four major campaign rallies with massive attendees in August and, has another "Blockbuster" political rally set for August 21, 2018 in West Virginia. This does not include all the various POTUS meetings & little rallies as required of POTUS routine. Democrat leaders, Schumer & Pelosi have heralded the coming vigorous Mid-Term, 2018 campaign activity that Obama will offer forthcoming. Sadly...we all will be waiting a bit longer for Obama to make an open public appearance in a massive Democrat political rally. Count August out of the picture for serious campaign activity from either Obama. The Obamas...

As more Democratic candidates say they will not support keeping Nancy Pelosi as Democratic leader next year, President Donald Trump is urging them to reconsider. “Democrats, please do not distance yourselves from Nancy Pelosi,” Trump tweeted Friday evening. “She is a wonderful person whose ideas & policies may be bad, but who should definitely be given a 4th chance. She is trying very hard & has every right to take down the Democrat Party if she has veered too far left!” The sarcasm-dripping tweet aside, Trump’s interest in Democrats backing the House minority leader is likely genuine. One of House...

In trying to make the case that Democrats are tougher on protecting the border than Republicans, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi referred to the Sept. 11 attacks as merely an “incident.” That “incident,” of course, killed nearly 3,000 Americans in the deadliest terror attack on U.S. soil. Pelosi’s comment came during a discussion about the Trump administration’s positions on immigration and its claims about how Democrats are weak on border security. The California Democrat made the case that Republicans aren't actually that strong on this issue because they did not implement some of the recommendations from the 9/11 Commission. “We...

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) — the official campaign arm of House Democrats — are pushing blatant misinformation in fundraising emails to supporters. “I will NOT allow Putin to set foot in the United States. I need 100,000 signatures to BLOCK his visit and keep our elections safe. I need you to sign before midnight,” Pelosi told Democratic voters in a DCCC fundraising email sent out on Sunday.

House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi (Calif.) is making it clear that even if Russian President Vladimir Putin pays a visit to Washington in the fall, he is not welcome in Congress. “The notion that President Trump would invite a tyrant to Washington is beyond belief," Pelosi said in a statement on Friday, referring to Putin as a "thug." "Putin’s ongoing attacks on our elections and on Western democracies and his illegal actions in Crimea and the rest of Ukraine deserve the fierce, unanimous condemnation of the international community, not a VIP ticket to our nation’s capital," she continued. “President Trump’s...

House minority leader Nancy Pelosi said in a Monday statement that President Trump’s refusal to condemn Russian meddling in the 2016 election during his joint press conference with Vladimir Putin proves the Kremlin is using damaging information of some kind to exercise influence over him. When asked about Russian election meddling during the press conference that followed his meeting with Putin in Helsinki, Finland, Trump appeared to side with with Russia over his own intelligence community, calling Putin’s denial of responsibility “strong and powerful” before questioning why Russia would interfere in U.S. elections. “President Trump’s weakness in front of Putin...

President Donald Trump's “Blame America First policy” has embarrassed America, House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) claimed on Tuesday. After Pres. Trump clarified remarks he made on Monday, in which he appeared to deny Russian attempts to meddle in the 2016 elections, Pelosi issued a statement condemning Trump for “his Blame America First policy” — and for, allegedly, cowering in front of Russian President Vladimir Putin during their summit on Monday. […] “The President’s walk-back creates more questions than answers, and the American people deserve to know whether the President really stands with the American people and our democracy.”...
