The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on Friday filed a complaint seeking a court injunction to stop union members from trespassing at a South Side newspaper distribution center, two days after asking the court to force Mayor Ed Gainey and police officials to uphold the state’s trespassing law. Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Publisher and Editor-in-Chief John Robinson Block has announced the appointment of Steve Kelley as the Post-Gazette's new editorial cartoonist. Mr. Kelley was formerly the editorial cartoonist for the San Diego Union-Tribune and the New Orleans Times- Picayune. After weeks of struggling with his editors over unpublished anti-Trump cartoons, longtime Pittsburgh Post-Gazette editorial cartoonist Rob Rogers announced that he had been fired from the paper Thursday. The family of a Vietnam veteran says they are upset after they feel their loved one is being disrespected. The Vietnam War was controversial, and a lot of the soldiers were met with disgust when they returned to American soil. David Ryan was one of those veterans. Ryan’s daughter says when he returned back to the United States, a man called him a murderer and a ‘baby killer.’ Those words stuck with her father for the rest of his life.
