RACINE- Racine Alderman Keith Fair faces three charges, including a felony charge that could remove him from office if he's convicted. Alderman Fair tells TODAY'S TMJ4's Charles Benson there is no way he is resigning from office. When asked by Benson that he was being targeted because he is African-American, Fair responded by saying "absolutely." Fair was at city hall for a Common Council meeting Tuesday night, hours after being released from jail. Fair is charged with hitting and choking a pregnant woman who worked at his bar. After that meeting, Fair blamed the police and media for his troubles....
