Oak Brook, a Chicago suburb, has faced a string of criminal incidents involving migrants residing in or near the Windy City. Over the previous year, more than 175 migrants were arrested with 47 migrants arrested from October 23 to January 17 alone. These arrests were primarily for property crimes, according to Brian Strockis, Chief of Police for the Oak Brook Police Department. Most arrests were related to charges of retail theft and burglary. A homicide suspect in Arizona is accused of committing nine murders in just three weeks, Phoenix police said Thursday.
