"I see that the RINO Senator from Alabama, close friend of Old Crow Mitch McConnell, Richard Shelby, is pushing hard to have his 'assistant' fight the great Mo Brooks for his Senate seat. She is not in any way qualified and is certainly not what our country needs or what Alabama wants.." "Very interesting, funny, yet sad, that every time I read or hear a story in the Lamestream Media about the 2020 Presidential Election Scam, it is always preceded by the fact that, 'while no evidence of voter fraud is available,' or statements to that effect, this could not...

Two Republicans will advance to a runoff as the top two vote-getters in the race for Texas’s 6th Congressional District, after no one in the 23-candidate field won an outright majority of votes on May 1. Republicans Susan Wright, wife of the late Rep. Ron Wright, finished with 19 percent of the vote, while Jake Ellzey garnered 14 percent. Democrat Jana Lynne Sanchez finished third with 13 percent and conceded on May 2. The development will ensure that a Republican will win the seat to represent the northern Texas district following Ron Wright’s death earlier this year. The date of...

Candidates were required to obtain 50 percent or more of the vote in order to avoid a runoff election. Wright received 19 percent of the vote in the crowded, 23-person special election that will now head to a runoff. Democrats were shut out of the runoff as of Saturday night’s results, with Republican state legislator Jake Ellzey coming in second in the field. Democrat Jana Lynne Sanchez, who also ran for the 6th district in 2018, was left in 3rd place and will not advance to the runoff; Democrats will not be able to flip the seat.

On a Friday morning in April, Dallas conservative talk radio host Mark Davis complained to his listeners about the crowded special election in North Texas’s Sixth Congressional District, which stretches southeast from downtown Fort Worth to past Corsicana. With 23 candidates—11 of them mostly like-minded Republicans—competing to take the seat vacated by the late congressman Ron Wright, even he, a politics obsessive, found it hard to keep up.

Former President Donald Trump has finally weighed in on the special election race in Texas’ 6th congressional district and has endorsed Susan Wright, widow of former Rep. Ron White who passed away earlier this year. It was already etched in stone that Susan Wright would seek to replace her late-husband Rep. Ron Wright (R) in Congress long before he passed away this past winter — Rep.Wright was terminally ill with cancer and his family and consultants were hoping that he would make it past the 2020 election and buy them more time to mount a campaign for Mrs. Wright. Now,...

Former President Donald Trump’s chief of staff at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Brian Harrison, will send out a release Wednesday, saying he has support from over 100 former Trump officials, the Daily Caller has learned. According to a press release first obtained by the Caller, Harrison says he has picked up the endorsements or donations from over 100 former senior Trump officials who served with him in Trump’s administration. Harrison is running for the vacant House seat in Texas’ 6th district. In the release, Harrison’s campaign touts the endorsement of Ambassador Andrew Bremberg, a former domestic...

As a Constitutional lawyer, Texas Senator Ted Cruz knows a thing or two about the law. As a conservative senator, he knows what a tank of sharks Washington, D.C. can be. After today’s announcement by FBI Director James Comey that Hillary Clinton would skate on charges of wrongdoing, in regards to her hiding, destroying, and total mishandling of sensitive emails, Senator Cruz made a strong statement. From his Facebook page, and in its entirety: While I have tremendous respect for the dedicated men and women of the FBI, I have serious concerns about the integrity of Director Comey’s decision, and...

...At this very critical juncture in our history, while our nation and our liberties have been ravaged by the Obama years, and life as we know it in this nation hangs precariously by a thread, Fox News, Limbaugh, Levin, and Hannity have gambled with our future, knowing we have no collateral to back up the game. For months, these fair weather friends of conservatism have heaped slovenly, starry-eyed adoration on Donald Trump. Trump - that gilded toad, who's conservative history began at about the time he decided to run as a Republican has been shoved in our faces from the...

Today we saw someone who was once a rising star in the conservative world explode in an inglorious display of crass opportunism. Sarah Palin, that darling of a failed John McCain presidential bid, has resurfaced to throw her voice and her support behind the gilded toad of the GOP, Donald Trump. Where she was once a strong Tea Party leader, promoting free market ideas, limited government, and power back in the hands of the people, today she forsook it all, in favor of a big government, foul mouthed, Wall Street liberal with atrocious hair. Far too often, we see that...

Despite my misgivings, I am amused by Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice". The most intriguing celebrity of the lot got sent home last week. With pics you'll find nowhere else on the Internet. And a rather unique book review here. We've got "A Wife's Revenge" by Eric Francis. Coincidentally as I read this book this story of Susan Wright was featured on CBS' "48 Hours". Thus we have video of this book's subject, a pretty woman who killed her husband in a most heartless and horrific manner.
