Have four retail credit cards serviced by Synchrony Bank. One of the cards (Crate and Barrel) was locked by them yesterday, with a credit balance of almost $700. Called to ask why the lock was put in place. They said that a "fraud" lock was put on. We see no unusual activity on the account and don't use it very often. None of our accounts have a balance owed.
