A man who was driving naked has been arrested following a bizarre crash on a stretch of Interstate 49 in Shreveport, Louisiana about 1 p.m. Sunday. Shreveport police officers responded to a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 49 in which a vehicle flipped numerous times after plowing into the back of two unsuspecting motorists.
