Within hours of hearing oral arguments, Utah's Supreme Court ruled Wednesday to place a Sevier County citizens initiative back on November's ballot. President George W. Bush landed in Park City in Marine One around 5 p.m. this evening, where a small crowd of both supporters and protestors greeted him. Rep. Chris Cannon barely escaped with his political life Saturday. Jason Chaffetz, a former chief of staff to Gov.
