The race for Florida Agricultural Commissioner is currently undergoing a manual recount. Last Tuesday, Republican state Rep. Matt Caldwell was deemed the winner and claimed victory at an election watch party in North Fort Myers. I am throwing this out for comments. The basic idea is to open an escrow account funded by donations for the sole purpose of paying out sizable amounts for valid information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons committing vote fraud.
