Why Limitedgov?

Thomas Jefferson of course. I tend to be an un-reconstructed Southerner, who believes that the War Between the States was the Second American Revolution...(lost to the central government).

The United States of America is so different from every other country on the planet that even the political spectrum terminlogy we use to identify ourselves is opposite what the world suposes!

I view myself as a Clasical Liberal. (Inalienable rights are not to be ursurped by the central government.)

Therefore, I am a modernday Conservative.

I believe that personal inalienable rights, as enumerated in the Constitution, are sacrosanct.

It is the duty of an American Modern-Day Liberal to be conservative, to preserve the intent of the American Constituition.
