Pietro was my grandfather's name and my confirmation name. It's a good name because: it is the rock upon which faith is built. my grandfather taught me many things (the zen of laying bricks) and was very good to me. he was a decorated hero in the Italian army during WW1. He shared many horrific stories from that war w/ me when I was young. for a time he served as a palace guard for the Italian Royal family (c. 1920) pretty cool. i also sell rare books (1st editions, etc.) to bookstores throughout wpa. i have a very nice library.
