A 10-story residential building in Belgorod, Russia, was struck overnight by a Ukrainian missile, a local governor said.
"The Belgorod city and the Belgorod district came under a massive attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces," Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of the Belgorod region, said in a post on Telegram.
The Ukrainian Tochka-U missile that struck the building was among several that Ukraine launched overnight, the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
Ukrainian military officials did not immediately comment on the claims, which could not immediately be verified.

The idea is to DEMORALIZE the enemy when you know you cannot defeat them on the battlefield. That technique can be quite effective, as we did the same to Serbia, trashing their civilians after our attempt to defeat their military from 30,000 feet didn’t work. Hamas did the same on Oct 6th. It’s a good technique, but it does require having the media and Western governments covering your backs, as is the case on all 3 of the examples cited here.

Let me see if I understand this correctly. For the sake of argument let’s go with Ukrainians did this and did this on purpose, and if so that makes them a “nazi terrorist regime “, yet daily Russia launches missiles, artillery, and bombs into Ukrainian cities, many far from the front and razing many to the ground.

Perhaps, but in historical context the “great patriotic war”, you know the one that started jun 22 1941( sep39-jun 41 apparently does not count as Russia was allied with Nazi germany where Russia invaded Poland then Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, and who can forget the great finish winter war of 39)and ended may 9th(may 8 for the rest of us).
Not quite 4 years, so after over half the time of the “great patriotic war” Russia is “winning” with motorcycle and golf cart glorious assaults.
