Does anyone else have a problem with this statement?

I have a major problem with this statement.
It didn't seem logical? What about collecting the data, performing an appropriate statistically based analysis, and forming a conclusion based on pre-determined standards that include all the data collected?

A government study is not a study unless the objective is skewed by or perhaps confused with the subjective.

In fact, if you are really good at sucking from the government teat, objective values are not needed, one need only submit subjective opinions disguised as objective values.
