The North Koreans have detained two American reporters for illegally entering the country. It's being reported that the two women work for the online Current TV, co-founded by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore.
Gov. Palin is being criticized by some democrats for not taking all the stimulus money. How dare she! /s

No frost here. It has been the rainiest rainy season. Today we were praying that there would not be a repeat of the gulley-washers of two years ago.
Windy. Very windy. I do believe the gusts were around 30 mph on the Beaufort scale. I could be wrong.

I spent all but about 90 minutes in the hosp. Mom’s neuro. wanted her moved to an ER, her dr. is out of town, and the replacement said NO, she’s fine here. We’ll do all the tests that a normal hosp. would do.
They took her off the latest medicine and within 6 hours she was doing the “Lewy Lean” which is leaning so much to the left you’d think she’d fall out of her chair. On the new meds, she’d stay awake all day, yesterday she slept all day. :(
Didn’t take long for the new ones to wear off. I am just sick at how fast she has deteriorated.
Please keep her in your prayers.

Thank goodness that the weatherman was wrong about the predicted freeze last night, so the emerging spring blooms were not damaged.
As for that presidential poseur and his passion for control and bankrupting this nation, I refuse to give in to despair. If we wilt, he and his congressional cronies will have won. I saw a clever use of the 'Messiah' word: the 1st part of it is "Mess" and that is what we've got.
