What’s your point? Through AA I haven’t had a drink in almost 19 years. When was the last time you got drunk?

I got over 7 years AA works And if anyone would care to Go check it out AA has very little to do with Drinking its a

Anything coming out of the People's Republic of Bloomington is subject to question on face value.
It works for me. 29-1/2 years sober.
A.A. is for people who WANT it. Not for people who NEED it.
Stopping drinking is easy. Staying stopped is the hard part. That’s where A.A. helps.
I can’t think of anything worse than being in the clutches of a “cult”.
Oh yeah, one: Being hopelessly addicted to alcohol and losing your life and family.

A few months ago. I have had several periods of abstinence up to 8 years but usually 2-3 years.
